I've fabricated tales of girlfriend, job, interests etc. It's all lies. Sordid lies. I once crawled 12 miles, just to find an internet connection so that I could live my life, well, my so-called life (if it can so be called) on here. Hours and minutes are nothing to me. My time is measured by the time that elapses between each of Daggers' witty observations or Nationwider's gallant and often hilarious cameos. I feast each morning on Mablo's spelling errors and on Thracian's outrageous abuse of the English language I know and love. My kicks come from the excitement of being threatened with a baseball bat or a make believe legal team. My match day experience is not one of drudgery, of lambasting the performance, it's one of hanging out with crazy cats with silly names (and hats) like Fez, Kokopops, Mablo etc. I marvel at some of the threads of old we put together. Sad, yes. But when left unchecked, with our creative juices flowing, we're a force to be reckoned with. There is some genius there. Particularly harping back to the days when Janx, Deathside and others were producing some excellent stuff. This is not just a football forum - in fact, I don't think it's even a football forum anymore. It's a place to make social plans, a place to discuss cheese, a place to avoid work, a place of shared consciousness. We should rise against - forget Alan Shee han and the rest. Let's filter it out. Let's start GOOD, interesting threads.

I’m pretty much retired from posting now anyway because of the influx of massive cocks that come here now has just got too much. All of the sound people know who they are, and have been here for some time. Hopefully see them for a beer or two soon. I can’t be bothered having run through dumb comment after dumb comment then only to be called a twat or a nob by some little scummy 18 year old gypo from a Leicester council estate. This is forum is shit now. I can’t be bothered with it.

I got a couple of (sympathy?) votes in the awards thing so maybe I'm doing something right. In any case in an effort to improve the place I'd be happy to have a stab at moderating. Fresh faces, embracing change, etc etc. I know I can be a bit of a twat sometimes. And a bit rude. And curt. And other stuff. But I'm also fairly intelligent, neutral and balanced and all that. I suppose I haven't been here long so maybe, amongst other reasons, I won't be suitable. But whatever, the offer's there. Take it or leave it, it's been made in the right spirit.

This subject was started because a good 8 hours after you've decided pass judgement (yet again, on a subject in which your not in possession of all the facts), Thracian was absolutely everywhere trying to make room for Alan Shush! in our side, first of all he slagged Joe Mattock off for an hour after which he started having a dig at Lazcko, it's hard to explain but it was impossible to discuss anything apart from Alan blue eyed boyd Shush!. To be totally honest and fair to him he's normally nowhere near that bad, and of course it's all debate blah blah, but he must of just been on a wind up yesterday. When he goes on his little wind up missions and they last for literally half the morning, and you have little else to do, and thats not sad or not having a life, thats being at work with little else to do, he can be very tedious.
