Holloway's Future Uncertain

Like Lee says, football's on.

But yes Raj, yes I do want to see them.

I knew you wouldnt let me down Joey Boy!!!

:)

i hope milan keeps ollie

ollie is trying his best to keep city up and clearly the managers

arent making any difference this season

no matter who we hire we will still end up losing or drawing most of the time

ITS THE PLAYERS WHO NEED REPLACING

Didnt Ollie just buy some players to replace the players that MA bought in Summer???

Managers need plenty of time to build a team and to make their mark on a team and to consider sacking a manager only 3 months into a reign is just ludicrous.

i think IF a decent offer came in for the Club MM would definately listen to it,as this year has definetely not gone to his plans and if an offer came in which made him money then i think he'd listen.

He'd snap the hand of anyone offering him the opportunity to walk away with his cash back or a small loss.

too right ; he sounds a very tired and weary old man in this interview ( he even mentions his advancing years, not his

usual style )

would not be surprised if he tried to cut his losses

dont know if you listened to the whole interview but you can Listen here:

Just heard the post match interview with Ollie. He sounded rattled to me , trying to talk up the teams performance.Losing to 10 men is likely to be another nail tapped into the coffin as far as M.M. is concerned. When he was at Kilworth Springs he didn't sound too convinced that he'd be given time to turn things round. Dead man walking?

The sooner an acceptable offer comes in the better.

It's no secret I didn't see him as our saviour in the first place but I wouldn't have wished this on him and didn't imagine for a moment that we could possibly have such an awful season.

I'm sure he could do without the hassle and the sheer waste of money, wealthy as he is.

Ian Holloway has reacted angrily to Leicester City's latest defeat at Watford - by placing his whole squad on the transfer list.

"I've had enough of them" said Holloway, who has all but conceded relegation "I am going to start again with a new bunch of players - this lot are a waste of space - unless we can do something in the Championship, which I doubt with these tossers, then they can all go and play for Grimsby."

Some City players are shocked by Holloway's reaction. "I am gutted" said Richard Stearman, "I have spent my whole life with Leicester - I don't want to play for anyone else - I thought I played well on Saturday." A tearful Steve Howard said he was "sorry" for not scoring against Holloway's bitter rivals Plymouth Argyle.

For the likes of Matty Fryatt this could be the end of the footballing road "I'll probably open a chippy somewhere" said the dour Fryatt, "I like chips."

The only player to not be transfer listed is Stephen Clemence. Holloway told me "The wife asked me not to get rid of the lad. I have a soft spot for him too - so he is staying."

Coincidently a naked Clemence was sat on Holloway's knee during our interview. The manager playfully ruffled the ex-Brummie midfielders hair as he spoke, who in turned squealed with delight.

Just who do you think would buy us at the moment?

There haven't exactly been a huge number of suitors over the past few years. He may be a maverick yet he has inveted money at a time when no other "saviours" were prepared to open their wallets.

I don't believe the mess we're in with the squad we've got. We are a joke.

I don;t give a toss who's in charge as long as we don't go down. And I can;t fooking believe i'm saying that again after the last twelve months, I really am astounded at how badly this campaign has been managed.

Tossers. All of em.

The only thing that can't be agreed on is who actually is to blame for this mess,I've said it before and I'll say it again our luck may have ran out and we could easily get relegated just look at our fixture's until the end of March ffs someone has to take the bull by the horns

(H) Norwich-Form Team who turned us over with ease recently

(A) Covscum-Managerless or could have a new man in by then, either way difficult local derby

(A) Cardiff-Although their not playing particularly well Ninian Park is never easy

(H) Preston-Scrapping for their lives like us so not going to be easy and certainly won't be pretty!

(H) Bristol City-Will be as motivated as Pastiemouth were with Ollie's Rovers connection and the fact that we did them at Ashton Gate

(A) Southampton-No fecking comment!

(A) WBA-Another walk in the park!!!!

(H) Hull-Could actually be fighting for a playoff place!

(H) S****horpe-Big match for them they are another team who will be scrapping for every point

Taken overall I'd say he's chucked his money away rather than invested it.

You don't "invest" in old timers.

When you do that you hire a short-term team to do a quick job that your club isn't really ready for.

No-one can argue when it works. But when it doesn't the outlay is virtually all wasted.

Seven to 10 points from the nine games unless something is radically changed and three away games in the five remaining games not listed.

Anybody who thinks Holloway should go now, i'd like to meet. Then slap.

There's enough keyboard courage swirling around these boards without you adding to it.

Have you run out of arguments?

This quote is a little ominous I think:

Leicester boss Ian Holloway:

"The chairman will not be happy, I know. We've lost our last three games, I'm a manager and I'm paid to win games but I accept that."

Beignning post match interviews with worries about the chairman's lack of hapiness with the situation is surely not a good sign?

I would only be expecting 13 points from those games... will that be enough to keep us up and away from the relegation places? Who knows...

No... but I'm pretty sure he'll stay on... he won't walk and I doubt that Milan is stupid enough to sack him after the kind of season we have had!

Yes, yes you're right. Damn right.

I wish you'd just stop it Ultra.

I wish I had your faith in MM's intelligence levels.

It's been interesting reading the positives from the fans who attended but I think they're avoiding the psychology of the situation.

Leicester have voluntarily trapped themselves in a Chamber of Horrors. Fear is always present now and potential danger lies around every corner.

Holloway suggests we've not reached a critical stage and I think that was partly to keep spirits up. But we are. In fact I believe the result against Norwich will be crucial because we face successive away games after that.

A draw is the most I expect from Coventry and I don't expect us to win at Cardiff. So even victory against Norwich would

only give us four points from three games and that's not enough to drag us out of the basement.

And as the finishing line approaches every team will be relishing being the next to put one over on Spend, Spend Milan Mandaric.

No wonder Holloway sounds concerned about the chairman.

For some weeks now I've been concerned about the comment of a Peterborough-based fan who watches our first team and reserves everywhere. He knows football inside out and was concerned that Holloway is out of his depth at Leicester. Sadly, that's exactly how it seems to me.
