Chimp Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 Saturday's highlights. Shocking, not only the penalty decison but the defending for the other goals too.
demon_dog Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 Just watched the highlights on Virgin Media. It's the worst penalty decision I think I have ever seen. Bloody officials when are they going to get things right.
Joe. Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 Ridiculous decision, only just seen it on tv for the first time. Clear daylight between Sharp and Kisnorbo and that fat bastard on the sideline fell for it.
Monk Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 Thanks for the link. That was a horrendous decision. Did Hendo get a touch on the ball or does it hit the post. Disgusting that the lino gave that if he saw it side on
dandannieldanok Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 Thanks for the link. That was a horrendous decision. Did Hendo get a touch on the ball or does it hit the post. Disgusting that the lino gave that if he saw it side on If you are talking about the penalty, Hendo clearly saves it himself. If you are talking about the second goal he does get a touch before the ball hits the post and goes in.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 The other thing about the pen - IF there was contact - it had to be outside the box. No wonder Ollie's been complaining today - although some would say he always complains. Stearman didn't look happy after the penalty went in did he!
C-man Posted 7 April 2008 Posted 7 April 2008 The video won't work for me, are there any other links to the highlights?
davieG Posted 13 April 2008 Posted 13 April 2008 Anyone see Paddy McCarthy's contribution to our relegation cause by gifting a goal to Southampton!
Daggers Posted 13 April 2008 Posted 13 April 2008 Anyone see Paddy McCarthy's contribution to our relegation cause by gifting a goal to Southampton! He did it without pointing as well - he's honing his talents.
davieG Posted 20 April 2008 Posted 20 April 2008 Colchester's defence went out of their way to help Cov to that big win.
Daggers Posted 20 April 2008 Posted 20 April 2008 "More chuffed than a badger on the first day of mating season"
Basingstoke Fox Posted 22 April 2008 Posted 22 April 2008 Would have thought the Wednesday will be the Feature game this weekend cant think of any bigger ones, but then I havent botherd looking!
Corky Posted 22 April 2008 Posted 22 April 2008 Would have thought the Wednesday will be the Feature game this weekend cant think of any bigger ones, but then I havent botherd looking! It's not, that idiot who presents it said they would be focusing on a game near the top of the table.
FilboFox Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 Yeah, Hull - Palace. Hopefully it'll be 0-0 and a boring match!
lildave3 Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 Hopefully it'll be 0-0 and a boring match! What's with the rolleyes? Because of the comment, or because Ultra made the comment? If the former, what's with the rolleyes?
Finchy Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 Central Soccer night on ITV later. Stan Collymore, Matt Elliot, Stevie Claridge and Holloway are all on it
Sods Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 Central Soccer night on ITV later. Stan Collymore, Matt Elliot, Stevie Claridge and Holloway are all on it Theres only 1 super steve. I made that clear at Barnsley i think. I loved Claridge.
Finchy Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 Theres only 1 super steve. I made that clear at Barnsley i think. I loved Claridge. Super Steve! The Palace play off final goal will stay with me for the rest of my life, i think it was my first City game actually, it's certainly the first one i can remember I was 5 at the time and i just remember my dad lifting me up so i could see and then when we scored, he nearly dropped me and everyone went, mental. Good times.
FilboFox Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 What's with the rolleyes? Because of the comment, or because Ultra made the comment? If the former, what's with the rolleyes? No, in annoyance that it would be Hull v Palace as the featured game...
lildave3 Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 No, in annoyance that it would be Hull v Palace as the featured game... So the question remains, why?
lildave3 Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 HAHAHAHAHA. Elvis in the background on the treatment table. At least I think it was Elvis. Surely?
