Maybes Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 OMG, we are worthy of 3 minutes this week. Hooooraaaah.
Durnerz Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 does anybody else think this guy on the championship is the worst presenter ever. he just puts pauses where they are not needed and says things in some freaky gaumless tone! Always looks at the camera in a strange way too, like hes being sarcastic about it all. Hes a real arsehole but sums up ITV sport coverage to be honest. Fantastic finishing and creativity yesterday, Howard took all his goals well and thats just what we wanted to see from McAuley, he is capable of it. Strange how in the last few games we've had easier chances than yesterday yet we bag 4, still I hope we kick on from here and ensure survival, gaining confidence for the start of next season.

I quite like him. Reminds me of that fruit off of Grand Designs. He tries to do a bit too much but he's not terrible.

Don't get me started on Matt Smith. They'd have more room for highlights if he'd bloody hurry up!
clazkel Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 What a header by Mcauley and great penalty from Howard.Hendrie = Legend. And Stearman knows how to overreact - He's amazing! Yeah, i agree Hendrie is a legend, i really hope we sign him, he has passion something we have been missing for a long time. It was really amusing to see him wave to the West Brom fans when we scored and about 5-10 men came running from their seats and the security guards had to stop them. He really wound them up!!!! The West Brom players seemed to have it in for Stearman, even before their player was sent off he had 2 harsh challenges on him that sent him to the floor, and afew more after. Another great game for him, can't believe how much he has improved!

FilboFox Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Anyone got a link for the highlights? I know I keep asking but I'm back in Belgium again and can't watch the games...
davieG Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Anyone got a link for the highlights?I know I keep asking but I'm back in Belgium again and can't watch the games... In the goals topic!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Only the second time WBA have lost by three goals at home since Boxing Day 2004. Although to be fair I can't remember us losing at home by three goals since we were last in the Premiership...?!
FilboFox Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 In the goals topic! Thank you... no need to get ratty though... I just didn't see the goals thread!
Leicester Lass Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Only the second time WBA have lost by three goals at home since Boxing Day 2004.Although to be fair I can't remember us losing at home by three goals since we were last in the Premiership...?! Sheff Weds 4-1 last season.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Sheff Weds 4-1 last season. Yeah and Wolves 4-1 on the last day. Just feels like we lose 1-0 at home every week.
Leicester Lass Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Yeah and Wolves 4-1 on the last day. Just feels like we lose 1-0 at home every week. Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that. Thanks for reminding me
davieG Posted 16 March 2008 Posted 16 March 2008 Thank you... no need to get ratty though... I just didn't see the goals thread! Whose getting ratty?
Head Honcho Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Just started, for those interested. Not sure I want to bother this week
Asha Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Not sure I want to bother this week I'm watching the peno save then switching to music channel.
StroudFox Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Can't believe their second goal. 3 defenders v 1 and McAuley should have got to the ball and stopped it. Absolutely pathetic.
DB11 Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 Can't believe their second goal. 3 defenders v 1 and McAuley should have got to the ball and stopped it. Absolutely pathetic. You mean Mattock. He let it bounce.
potter3 Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 You mean Mattock. He let it bounce. No, McAuley at the far post.
DB11 Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 No, McAuley at the far post. He wouldn't have had to stop it at the far post had Mattock not let it bounce.
Daggers Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I can't believe that anyone that watched the match yesterday would want to put themselves through another 30 seconds of it.
StroudFox Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I can't believe that anyone that watched the match yesterday would want to put themselves through another 30 seconds of it. I didn't go to the match so therefore felt I should punish myself!!!!!!!!
Monk Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I still don't think Hendo touched him on the peno. It was right in front of me.
DB11 Posted 23 March 2008 Posted 23 March 2008 I still don't think Hendo touched him on the peno. It was right in front of me. The linesman didn't signal a penalty. Referee blew and then the linesman told him that it was in the area.
