Joe. Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Palace went a goal up through their 17 year old left winger, and looked fairly comfortable. Speroni was superb all night for Palace. Then Bristol won a penalty in the 86th minute which Bradley Orr missed, followed by a brilliant Speroni save afterwards. From then on Bristol used every opportunity to hit the long ball up to their four forwards. It was sheer desperation. There's four minutes added on. 95th minute they win a corner. Bang, goal. Cue a ranting Neil Warnock at the final whistle. But seriously, I don't know how Bristol are so high up the table. It was virtually long ball all night long. Maybe it was just one of their off days but I wasn't impressed.
lildave3 Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Loved the finish, brilliant stuff. Hills took his goal well aswell.
Mikey Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Loved the finish, brilliant stuff.Hills took his goal well aswell. I know I did.
Daggers Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Speroni was superb all night for Palace. Warnock verbally ripping him a new arsehole, holding him responsible for the equaliser, was brilliant TV...as much as when Warnock complained about the ref celebrating the equaliser. I really like that bloke.

filbertway Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Yes yes yes yes yes I bet £3 on 1-1 at 11/2
purpleronnie Posted 19 February 2008 Posted 19 February 2008 Warnock = the most predictable, boring manager ever?

Bristol City were poor when we played them.
Darkzzz_ Posted 19 February 2008 Posted 19 February 2008 I just looked at the league table again... I still cant believe that Brizzle City are up there!! A former Kettering town manager leading the charge!! P.S - I hate Kettering Town (although i live here), I played against them this season in a pre season friendly.... Wankers beat us 6-1.

lildave3 Posted 19 February 2008 Posted 19 February 2008 Warnock = the most predictable, boring manager ever? Well I don't really see how you can say that.
DB11 Posted 19 February 2008 Posted 19 February 2008 Remember the amount of stoppage time indicated is the minimum to be played. When it was corners the fans were holding the ball and not giving it to the corner taker thus wasting seconds that the Referee will have added on.

Thanks for that Mr Poll.
