syston_fox Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Clapham for me. And me - Coventry was the first time that he didnt have a solid game in my opinion. The others on the list have had highs and lows but he's been consistant throughout
Vardinhio Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Campbell, has tried twice as hard as anyone else to actually make something happen.
Thracian Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 I've not voted. I don't see that anyone has been close to outstanding this month. One or two of those qualified might have been described as okay for most of the time but, generally, we've had no consistency and certainly no brilliance. And seeing that was the first full month since the transfer window signings arrived I can't say I'm encouraged.
Joe. Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 To be honest, I'm with Thracian on this one. There hasn't ben one player for me wh's been particularly fantastic in each of these games. Therefore I'd say that none of them deserve a player on the month award.
WetFlannel Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Who has only been slightly crap? Don't think I'm going to vote on this one, as we've had to suffer crap for too long. It just seems pointless.
Jack Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Clapham, steady throughout. More than can be said for anyone else.
ASH17LCFC Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Clapham, steady throughout. More than can be said for anyone else. None of them, play good one week and next week back to the same shite.
Staf Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 I voted Howard not because he has been amazing because he hasnt but because i feel sorry for him with players hoofing the ball up to him and knowone being around for the flick ons
Webbo Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 I'm not sure about this ,but hasn't Stearman played more games than Chambers this month? Why isn't he on the list?
FilboFox Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Clapham... good signing and has been solid at left back most of the time. The rest of the team are a joke...
STUHILL Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 I'm also with Thrac on this. No-one has stood out enough to deserve this award. I give it to Filbert Fox!
Master Fox Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Well, I usally like to vote for Elvis in thses, but seeing as i haven't seen Clapham play I'll vote him.
Raj Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 I've not voted. I don't see that anyone has been close to outstanding this month. Thracian Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Sorry.but i agree with you. You don't HAVE to feel guilty.
Tevez Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Oakley for me, settled in so quick and a very good work rate to go with it.
lildave3 Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Oakley for me, settled in so quick and a very good work rate to go with it. Ths is another of your joke shock posts.
Lillehamring Posted 26 February 2008 Posted 26 February 2008 i don't imagine i'll vote, but based on match reports/ratings, i must say the clapham thing is a hell of a surprise, i can't remember anyone saying one word about him of quality, mo 'breath of fresh air', no 'valuable addition', most were old/slow/ineffective/nobetterthanmattock, the fact that he is being considered player of the month makes me realise how bad this month has been - the only player who seems to have come out of this month with anything like praise is oakley. don't we normally get a summary of MOTM votes? but, as thracioan has noted, there does seem to be a tendancy on this board to get overly excited about any new player(s) irrespective of quality. clapham, player of the month - oh dear @ LCFC
