maddog Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Super Baz was superb again today. He simply changed the game, even though he is a 45 year old verteran with no pace and can't run very far, he was just a class above the rest with his slick touches, passes and even skill. He was the best player against Colchester, one of few good performances against Hull and is really on form. Come on Barry Hayles
Kilworthfox Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 I love you Barry. I want Barry Hales children! He was a Colossus's today
eaststandtom Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 one of the few players who didnt wear triangular shaped boots today!!! had a great game today. just what we needed. reliable and dependable

Ozwin Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Shows how bad the radio was >_> I barely heard a word about him.
lee7 Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 we all dream of a team of barry hayles. 100% agree he changed the game for us today
maddog Posted 19 April 2008 Author Posted 19 April 2008 he is 35. Or was that meant to be a joke. Joke
dandannieldanok Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 I'm a complete twat for criticising Barry, one of the best individual performances of this season.
maddog Posted 19 April 2008 Author Posted 19 April 2008 I think Ollie deserves some praise for signing Hayles. I thought he would be shit TBH but has proven to be very valuble. On the negative side to Ollie's signings, Howard and Oakley have been shit in the last 5 games or so. Oakley just doesn't seem to get into the games anymore and Howard was useless. Possibly the Leicester City curse, good players come here and turn shit. Barry! Barry! Barry!
Stevosevic Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Time to change your sig Not yet, hopefully this time next week though.
Daggers Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 He works his nuts off for us - just go look at last weeks threads to see everyone slating him. Hume may have scored the goal but Hayles won that game for us. People wanted a hero to step up to the plate...ladies and gentlemens, I give you Sir Barry of Hayles.
clazkel Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Hayles was the difference between the 2 teams today, he has played well for the last few games. I think he should've started today. Hope he's in the team on sat, it suited Hume better when Hayles came on as they seem to be on the same wave length and connect better than any of the strikers do with Howard! Well battled today! Well done Barry - fight, spirit, class and quality
Joe. Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Oh how we love you today Barry. Can't be faulted after that performance.
Kilworthfox Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 I just looked in my thesaurus and there was this picture under the " unflinching effort in a relegation dogfight"
