lee7 Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 i was in L1 and felt the ground shake a little bit but it wasn't shaking enough for me to get worried about the walkers collapsing.
davieG Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 It always shakes in the Kop when we score and always has done. I don't know why people have only just noticed although it could have something to do with the fact that we rarely score
Finnegan Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Opinion is divided- I say not. Is this a bit of banter, an attention plea or an ED?
Corky Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 It always shakes in the Kop when we score and always has done. I don't know why people have only just noticed although it could have something to do with the fact that we rarely score That's probably the reason mate
Guest Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Is this a bit of banter, an attention plea or an ED? None of the above, I'm afraid.
Joe. Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 and when they did that bouncing thing Boooounce or you're a Blade, if you don't ****ing bounce then you're a blade!
samingram_uk Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Boooounce or you're a Blade, if you don't ****ing bounce then you're a blade! Away games maybe, If you dont Fu*kin bounce then your a ram!
SamL Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 The stand is designed to shake a little. If it doesn't have a little bit of leeway it'll just collapse. I must admit I noticed it a little yesterday, and at Barnsley but I can't say it worried me.
tartanowl Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Boooounce or you're a Blade, if you don't ****ing bounce then you're a blade! Looks and sounds impressive doesn't it.
Joe. Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Looks and sounds impressive doesn't it. Yeah I like it to be honest. We first heard it on the train on the way back from West Brom when we met some Wednesday fans after you'd played Cov. Good times.
Mwah Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Away games maybe, If you dont Fu*kin bounce then your a ram! *cough* Wednesday chant only *cough* You could bounce to a different chant though..

I must admit I noticed it a little yesterday, and at Barnsley but I can't say it worried me. I like these slightly less depressing threads. All that football and tactics talk is doing my head in. Everything that needs to be said has been said, time and time again. Anyway yeah I reckon you're right Sam. I went up the Empire State Building a few years ago and it's f**king weird up there because you feel the building sway ever so slightly. It has to otherwise the tension would cause it to collapse. Same principle applies to the Walkers I suppose. I might start looking into architecture now I'm done with football.
syston_fox Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 *cough* Wednesday chant only *cough*You could bounce to a different chant though.. we "jump up, if you love Leicester"
Floating Fox Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 Looks and sounds impressive doesn't it. Not quite as impressive as hark now hear. Sent shivers down my spine when you scored the 3rd and sung that.
lcfc_til_i_die Posted 27 April 2008 Posted 27 April 2008 I actually read somewhere that the walkers stadium cannot host pop concerts due to the fact that the place is liable to crumble under repeated movement/noise/jubilation.... i guess us football fans dont do that kind of thing then
