AoWW Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Just heard on SSNWe are going to take the game to Stoke going for 3 points We are going for the win! Holloway will be listening out for other results! Don't want to be giving a goal away if we don't have too. The biggest game of Holloway's life The reporter (Rob) said Leicester had a steely look about them I am feeling better after hearing that I truly hope so, It'd be about bloody time!
Flynny Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I do hope Sky get Rob Kelly in as a pundit. It'd keep me amused enough to take my mind off the game slightly whilst not being that bad an idea.
MC Prussian Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Certainly one of the most exciting and tense days in my life as a Leicester City supporter. Never before have I been that worried about the existence of this club than now. It's an odd feeling that I have - I'm neither overly sad nor overly happy. It's the pre-match excitement, mixed with hope that we're going to stay in this league. Add to that a little bit of faith - it's really what we need and I pray for the team that they've realized what peculiar situation they're in. WIN, DRAW or DIE. You have it in your own hands to survive in the Championship and to end this terrible campaign on a high note. It's now or never.
Vardinhio Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I can't face watching the game in a bar in Nottingham so I'm coming to Leicester to sit in a bar where if we lose at least I wont get too ripped. COME ON LEICESTER!
Scow Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I feel sick - and I don't even have a hangover. I was disappointed not to get tickets for the game, but on reflection, it's probably a good idea that I have access to booze throughout the game. I just hope the players realise how big this is - nothing will be bigger than Barry Hayles though.
samuel Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Stoke city - 1 - 2 Leicester City R Fuller 23 Ian Hume 34,78
Sods Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Never been so up for a game for a long time. Well Barnsley to be lunt. I have some firing music on as loud as i can get it! Ive watched the Oxford game as well this morning. To say im up for it would be an understatement. COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bojimha Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I'm a 24 year old bloke, sitting here in full replica kit like a 5 year old going to his first game! COME ON LEICESTER!

act smiley Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I couldn't really sleep last night. That says it all really, considering how heavy a sleeper I usually am. Its not a conscious worry though, its just a heavy feeling of maybe the luck isn't there this time. I'm hopeful, but not expectant and far too drained to be biting my nails off in nervousness. At twelve its off to the pub to beg and plead for it to go on.
essexfox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 All or nothing.I'm bricking it at the minute. well crispies, down to the wire, - still, in Olly you trust a word of warning, the Hereford away end really stinks, its right by the cattle market, and hey you might get to to Wemberley in the freight rover simod whatever good luck in woof day Greeeeeeeeeeeeen Army
bigneville Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Never felt so nervous about anything in my life. Just give it your all lads, have a good go at Stoke, and lets hope we get the result we need and/or results go for us...
Webbo Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I don't usually post in this thread so maybe this will change our luck. Today is a chance for one of the underperforming w@nkstains to become a legend for this club. It doesn't matter how bad they've been all season, score the winner/save a penalty and they will be loved forever. Come on you blues!!!
the beange Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Probably the worst feeling i have had in years, Knowing we could potentially go down to LEAGUE 1, the third tier, Thats shocking. I'm putting all my faith in the lads today hoping they pull something amazing out. Biggest day in our history as a club, lets try and do it with abit of passion and go into the game fighting. COME ON THE BLUES!!
Candidcamera Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Iain Hume IMO is the best player for ages to play for City he won't stop trying and that's the leader for today. Don't underestimate this little ace.
josh_baskin Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I seriously dont care about how good Stoke are on paper or how bad we are. I dont care about all the gloating Forest fans I work with laughing at me saying I wont find 3 points in there, everytime I look in a draw or cupard for somthing. At the end of the day i know i'll still be sat in the corner of the kop come rain or shine even if we have 11 wheelie bins on the pitch playing for our great club in League 1. But i think its time we pick ourselves and stay focused cause i know we are far capable of putting this thing to bed today at 2pm!
Phlashman Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I'm actually not nervious at the moment, I'm sure it'll come, but I know we can do this. I think it's about time we cash in all our football karma I.O.U's we've been collecting all season. C'mon U Foxes! C'mon U Blades! C'mon U Canaries! C'mon U Addicks! C'mon U Hornets!
lee7 Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 i'm really really nervous at the minute i don't think i've ever been so nervous about a leicester match this much in my whole life. i just hope that the players have one last decent performance in them like the west brom, norwich and watford games and to all the City fans going to the Brittania really make some noise and get behind the lads. come on LEICESTER

lavrentis Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 This season has been about as good as a season in League 1 and if we stay up it will be like we are promoted.
FilboFox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 2 Hours 'till kick off... this is getting unbearable now... I just want it to end so the tension is over!
