skinnydipper Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Because 1. Bad memories of a shite season. A song to celebrate our goals, the lack of which resulted in us going down! 2. It's hardly original. Lots of other clubs use it e.g Coventry. 3. I don't want Leicester using a song with Chelsea in the title. What next; Fog on the Tyne or Ferry Cross the Mersey? 4. I don't like the song anyway.
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Yeh, or the Hokey Cokey I'd love to see everyone conga'ing () round the stands 5 minutes after a goal.
Number 6 Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 de de de, de de de, de de de de de de de, de de de, de de de, de de de de dee... no, seriously, hope we drop songs after scoring.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 3. I don't want Leicester using a song with Chelsea in the title. What next; Fog on the Tyne or Ferry Cross the Mersey?4. I don't like the song anyway. Agree, although I can't think what I'd like. Some bugger is going to come on and say 'nothing'. I bet it's Twat!
He's not bald Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 The only way is up might be a more positive song Brilliant...that will do!
lavrentis Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 We should play the same music that the players come out to We have had that before havn't we?
Samilktray Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 John Barnes' rap from World In Motion. But a remix with Rickayyyy, doing it instead.
DB11 Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 We have had that before havn't we? Yes. Though how rare it is we score goals I doubt anyone can remember
Chromophobia Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 anything but chelsea dagger please! Christ almighty I hate that song. It represents everything that's wrong with youth culture today.
Corky Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 How about no music? That would be much better, or go for something different, like The Pogues- Fiesta
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 Motorhead - The Ace of Spades Seriously, if we're going to have to have sodding music after we score please let it be this song.
General Smuts Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 A Kasabian tune would be kinda appropriate do we not think?
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 A Kasabian tune would be kinda appropriate do we not think? As soon as they do a cover of the conga, they're in.
