Joinesy77 Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 Gotta be Hume. Worked his socks off all season and our top scorer. Will rip League 1 to shreds! Can't sell him for less than £10million! Holloway made mistakes all through the season, should've played Hume up front for a start.
BigGibbo Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 Hume 20 goals near on guaranteed next season & most of Holloways recent tactics etc recently have stopped me in my tracks just bizzare! I still think as a manager he could win league one but it depends at the expense of what players!?!
Mav Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 **** off back to your farm on your tractor carrot crunching worzel, Hume to stay without question!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 Chips or porn? Cars or dogs? B&Q or a helicopter?

Bellend Sebastian Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 ChipsCars Helicopter Fellatio or cunnilingus? The former. With some things it's always better to receive than give, I find. I'm a VERY selfish man
Warbo666 Posted 10 May 2008 Posted 10 May 2008 I like Holloway, and i'm F***ked off with leicester changing their manager everytime a few things go wrong... Birmingham stuck with Steve Bruce, and he bounced them straight back up! I will have to say Hume though, he's a quality player, who was playing out of position, he scored goals which gave us hope from relegation (in last 4 games... 3 goals, good lad ) And i agree, i think he will run havoc in this league next year, i reckon 23 league goals for him next season lets get rid of the rest of the crap, and build a team to last! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY!
Thracian Posted 10 May 2008 Posted 10 May 2008 No contest. Hume anytime. In fact I'd sooner keep Elvis ahead of Holloway.
Corky Posted 10 May 2008 Posted 10 May 2008 No contest. Hume anytime. In fact I'd sooner keep Elvis ahead of Holloway. Not sure about that
mikelcfc Posted 10 May 2008 Posted 10 May 2008 Hume, I would be surprised if anyone suggested otherwise to be honest. Although as they are not dependent on each other, then can we opt for both? well not really, holloway really dislikes hume and hume doesnt like him for that. from what i gather talking to hume he would rather leave us than be near holloway. i guess its hume OR holloway that goes. so if on monday holloway stays then hume will go. i would put money on it.

I always had a feeling that the only reason Hume plays is because he's our only real goal threat. Plus the fact he substitutes Hume over the largely ineffective Howard every week tells a story. This all stems from when Hume criticised the officials when we played Plymouth once, and Holloway got the wrong end of the stick and completely over-reacted.

Kilworthfox Posted 25 June 2008 Posted 25 June 2008 This is a hard one, probably Holloway. Why don't you make your own mind up instead of believing everything the club put out on Pravda oh sorry the OS
Ashley Posted 25 June 2008 Posted 25 June 2008 I have made my own mind up. We had too much change last season getting rid of Holloway was a mistake in my eyes If I was Mandaric I would of gave Holloway 10 games into the the Season, if we wasnt top he'd of been gone. All we needed was a new Manager however he has my full backing.
HarboroughFox Posted 25 June 2008 Posted 25 June 2008 Ian HumeThe lad will be absolute prolific in League 1 and the club should fight tooth and nail to keep him. He's been messed about with all season long by all 3 managers, and yet he always delivered the goods when needed. He's a Championship player, and he'd rip League One apart. As pointed out several times, if it wasn't for him, we would have been relegated several weeks before Stoke. Hume > Holloway HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUME is God! Im gunna miss him playing footie for us.
