Phone contracts

Looking for a new contract mines about up.

  • Looking for one with Unlimited texts
  • 500+ mins
  • New and up to date phone

Cant really seem to find one i like atm, anyone know where to get some decent ones from?

or what phone to go for?

I moved to contract last August. 1000 texts and 400 mins for £30 a month on 02, a good deal I thought. A month later, I could've got unlimited texts for the same price but I couldn't change my contract, how annoying. :cry:

Despite that, I haven't had any problems with them so they might be worth a shout. Just make sure you shop about a little and don't rush into anything. :thumbup:

Exactly the same as me with the text problem. Oh how i was gutted :(

I started that in january.

I've just had a quick look at the new phones about, and the K850i or the G600 seem like the best ones about. :thumbup:

Depends on what you're looking for really mate.

Probs go round luf on thurs going in all the phone shops looking at phones, and trying to barter some good plans

I've got the K850i. Without even looking at the G600 I'd go for the G600 :P

It's funny how the deals differ with the same phone companies, but in different countries.

I'm with Orange here in Switzerland and have a flat fee of about 10 pounds a month and can call most countries at my local rate, but with only 30 minutes free and I pay 10 pence for each SMS that I send. My monthly invoice usually ends up in the region of 25 to 30 quid.

Something tells me I should go for the next higher option (18 pounds a month, but with 100 minutes free).

All in all, I can't really complain.

You might get better initial offers in the U.K., but you also pay more per minute (depending on the type of deal).

And I think I should switch to either the Nokia E51 or N82. What do you reckon?

Mine is Orange and it's 500 mins and unlimited texts. Dolphin £35

I'm on that little fancy as well. Not a bad tariff, although Orange have fooked me over in the past.

I just don't like the style of it. It's a bit like a brick and I like 'thin' phones to be honest. The camera quality etc. is good but one thing that is annoying is on videos / songs you can't go forward (eg. if you got to 1 minute then had to go off you have to listen to it from the beginning and can't fast forward) but you were able to on my other phones :dunno:

Radio is not very good. It doesn't have FM eg. Radio Leicester but I don't know if any other phones do??

Oh, and I like slide up phones (which the G600 is)
