Any other City walls that collapsed would have collapsed inwards as they were invaded. In Ezekiel 26, God forecast the end of Tyre: many nations would come against it (Ezekiel, 26.3): Babylon would be the first to attack it (26:7); Tyre’s walls and towers would be broken down (26:4,9); the stones, timbers, and debris of the city would be thrown into the sea ((26:12); it’s location would become a bare rock and a place for fisherman to dry their nets (26:4,4-5,14): and the city of Tyre would never be rebuilt (26:14). Tyre was no insignificant fishing village. It was a great city of Phoenicia and a prominent world capital for over two thousand years. Yet at the peak of its power, the prophet Ezekiel had the audacity to predict a violent future and ignominious end for the mighty city of Tyre. This downfall would come about because of the city’s flagrant wickedness and arrogance, traits personified in its ruler, Ittobal II, who claimed to be God. History proved Ezekiel’s words. Many nations did come against Tyre: first the Babylonians, and then the Greeks, the Romans, the Muslims, and the Crusaders. After a thirteen-year siege, Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon broke down Tyre’s walls and towers and massacred all of its inhabitants, except for those who escaped to an island fortress a half-mile out in the Mediterranean Sea. Centuries after Ezekiel had spoken, Alexander the Great conquered the island fortress of Tyre by building a causeway from Tyre’s mainland to the island, using the millions of cubic feet of rubble left from the destroyed city. Thus Tyre was scrapped bare as a kneecap, just as Ezekiel had predicted. And, astonishingly, Tyre has never been rebuilt. Despite its strategic and beautiful location, despite the fact that it contains the Springs of Reselain, which pump ten million gallons of fresh water daily, Tyre finally and irrevocable fell in 1291 A. Nothing has been found to prove it wrong. My biblical knowledge isn't the best, but I've tried to research prophesies and facts of the bible and the last 4 hours I have been searching the net on information to support my argument. I have just been amazed. There may be a lot that has not been proved yet, but there are bits that have been that are just astonishing. The story of Israel, Babylon, Tyre and lots more. Are there any facts that prove the bible wrong? Fair comment some things might not seem logical, but does an almighty god have to be logical? A miracle would not be a miracle if it did not defy logic. I have a real passion for Christ, and giving my life to him is the most important and best decision I have made. A Christ-less life is a life not worth living, a life that is pointless. “For god so loved the world, that he sent his only son so that all who believed in him shall not die but have eternal life.” Praise the lord! If it's legitimate to use ridicule and mockery to point out problems in a political leader, institution, or ideology, why should it suddenly be illegitimate to do the same in the context of religion, religious leaders, religious institutions, and religious beliefs? Liberals aren't told that they shouldn't say conservatives are wrong. Conservatives aren't told that they shouldn't say liberals have adopted irrational beliefs. Democrats aren't told that they shouldn't say a Republican policy is ill-founded. Republicans aren't told that they are intolerant for making strong criticisms of Democrats. It's true that politics and political attacks can get out of control, but if you look closely you'll find that "out of control" is a label applied most often when people engage in personal attacks, advocate violence, demonize opponents, or behave in other very extreme ways. Strong disagreements, harsh critiques, pointed criticism, and even irreverent mockery of political beliefs, ideas, principles, positions, and opinions are accepted as completely justified. Why? Because once a person places their political beliefs in the public arena, they have to expect all manner of criticism and cannot demand that others treat those beliefs as if they were special. There's no good reason to think that the standards and rules for dealing with religious beliefs should be any different.

Also religion has been behind 99 percent of all wars either recently or in history
