skinnydipper Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 A ginger Rob Kelly? A ginger Gary Megson? Gary Megson's identical twin brother?
Ozwin Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 I'd accept relegation to the lowest level of the league if her tats were on the sideline every week. Oh AMEN to that! Get her in as our half time entertainment!
Stuliasz Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Oh how being England manager can ruin your managerial career...
Scow Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Oh how being England manager can ruin your managerial career... I suppose you can draw similar comparisons with Graham Taylor (if this is true) - ended up at Wolves, then Division 2 Watford, who ironically won back to back promotions to reach the Premier League.
Daggers Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Care to enlighten us to said Doggiemuzz's credibility and past history? Scrub that - I found it for myself. A true leviathan of inside information.
Finchy Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Oh **** off. We'll be the laughing stock of the country. This is ridiculous, how can you not want him! He got Middlesborough their first ever cup and he got them to the UEFA cup final!! It's ridiculous how everyone is judging him on his England career, England isn't a club. But sure if you lot want Gregory It's not true anyway.
fox123 Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Oh how being England manager can ruin your managerial career... To be honest in recent years apart from O'neill which of our managers has been successful? I actually can't remember one! Brian Little, went Villa fooked up, Mark Mcghee, went wolves fooked up, etc etc
Fox You Forest Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Scrub that - I found it for myself. A true leviathan of inside information.
lavrentis Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 I still havn't stopped hating him for what he did to England.
fox123 Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 I still havn't stopped hating him for what he did to England. I wanted to post something similar, but hey you can blame the players as well! same as us going down!
Milky Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 and so the mindless racism, sorry, gingerism begins again...
Corky Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 and so the mindless racism, sorry, gingerism begins again... I'd prefer to call it "strawberry-blondism" That way we don't offend ginger people (apart from Gary Megson, who we should offend for the sake of it)
Phlashman Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 I called this the moment I heard Holloway was gone. Personally I wanted Davis, but I doubted that would happen. But I've always had a sneeking feeling that McClaren might end up in the frame, and to be honest considering some of the tripe that's getting brought up now Ince is out of the picture we could do alot worse. If you take England out of his record he actually isn't that bad. We're a great fit for him to rebuild his career, we're low profile at the moment being in league one, good chance of a promotion... nice ground... lovely brolly selection in the club shop.
CKB Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. Gregory.. McClaren.. ...Davies!
lookwhaticando Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Or is it Pearsonhttp://www.fansonline.net/leicestercity/mb/view.php?id=35718 That didn't take long. Gregory..McClaren.. Gregory.. ...The Plague!
Guest shearfox Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 McClown can f*** off I would rather have Gregory!
demon_dog Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Boro, under McClaren played the most boring football imaginable. How they made it t that Uefa Cup final I'll have no idea. Can we please have more of Keeley?
CKB Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 McClown can f*** off I would rather have Gregory! YOU WOULD??????????
Koke Posted 14 June 2008 Posted 14 June 2008 Who are we to pick and chose our managers? We are a shit League 1 outfit. If McClaren does come, then I'd welcome him with open arms. I'd rather have him than a little nobody manager from League One.

Super Arj Posted 14 June 2008 Posted 14 June 2008 i think this will be good he did a shite job at england, but no one can deny that he was very good at middlesborough
teblin Posted 14 June 2008 Posted 14 June 2008 I can't believe people are complaining. If we got McClaren it would be a good appointment. Can't see it happening though.
Simon Posted 14 June 2008 Posted 14 June 2008 I think there's a hell of a lot of people who are shouting out that McClaren would be a poor appointment without thinking what they are saying. Graham Taylor ballsed up England royally when he was in charge and yet he did well at Waford and Villa. McClaren did okay at Middlesbrough. I don't want fans jumping on his back if he gets appointed and then he 'does a Megson' on us. Let's be frank, at the moment, McClaren is better than I thought we'd ever manage to get.
