Super Arj Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 we're constantly linked with crap players like him over the years, resulting in us getting worse and worse. we don't even need a central defender. Time to buy the best up and coming talents in league's 1 and 2. Give me the job milan and i'd sign medy elito from colchester and asamoh from barnet. Not craig hignett, scott gemmall, darren moore or lee marshall. in league 1, you need at least one big solid MO'FO darren moore is perfect for the job.... and do you honestly think McAuley and Kisnorbo( leave in january ) will stay... i think we will be seeing Darren Moore and Harry Worley as our 2 centre backs next season
Jack Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 With Big Dazza joining ol' Bazza we'll have no problems, they will scare the living daylights out of the opposition.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Darren Moore. Fantastic, we're Derby Countys bin men.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I thought we were going to buy successful players from the lower divisions instead of shit ones from losing teams.
CKB Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I mean we ain't signed him yet, but would i be surprised? nope! Milan likes to stick his nose in..no wonder managers maybe turning us down when he's trying to sign players for them! Take the job yaself Milan why not?

MikeyT Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 We have actually signed him though. Where does it say that?

Didnt we also get rid of N'Gotty?

MPH Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 Not yet! ah ok... well i remember it being talked about... doubt we will keep him on the wages he was on..
RedHux Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I thought we were going to buy successful players from the lower divisions instead of shit ones from losing teams. Having watched League 1 for far too long I reckon that's the way forward. A team full of experienced but pretty much past it championship players will need replacing when you get promoted, Whereas some youngsters from the lower leagues is a much better option and occasionally you'll find a real good 'un you can shift for a few quid when he gets all billy big bollo$£. That said other teams will hold you to ransom for their best players knowing you can afford it.
Tommeh Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I'd bring back Megson's 3-5-2 formation. Moore----Bruno---Chris Samba Then ask the question, who's is bigger?
lildave3 Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I'd bring back Megson's 3-5-2 formation.Moore----Bruno---Chris Samba Then ask the question, who's is bigger? Ricky Sappleton's.

Tommeh Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 Ricky Sappleton's. Please stop it with this sappleton nonsese. He ain't in the same league. Infact if I had my way he really wouldn't be in the same league, loan him out to Gateshead
Tevez Posted 17 June 2008 Posted 17 June 2008 I'd bring back Megson's 3-5-2 formation.Moore----Bruno---Chris Samba Then ask the question, who's is bigger? Bouba Diop -

Matt Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 Darren Moore, who was told by Paul Jewell that he can leave Derby, is set for his Pride Park exit sometime this week.Bradford have been in for him for sometime now, with his former Bradford team-mate Stuart McCall interested in bringing the 34-year-old back to the club he now manages, and the club Moore left around a decade ago. McCall has been talking to one of the local papers (Telegraph & Argus) saying that he expects Moore to decide his future after his week away, with Monday or Tuesday maybe the day a decision is made? The veteran does have options though, as those that shall not be named (you know who I mean! Need more clues? They went down last season!) are also interested in signing him.
Tevez Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 Word on the street says Moore has already signed a pre contract.
SamL Posted 22 June 2008 Posted 22 June 2008 Word on the street says Moore has already signed a pre contract. Please no.
