lildave3 Posted 14 June 2008 Posted 14 June 2008 Oh go on, it'll be fun. You can wage war on him. Little Dave vs Big Dave. Like a preliminary qualifying round to see who meets Goliath in the next round. I could take him. I'd run through his legs over and over, make him confused (and slightly aroused) and then push him over. He would then not be able to get up, due to being 86 and a bit portly.
Who ate all the pies? Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 We don't want another member from the Sheeps pitiful squad. Especially another two years after he last played a good match. Lets look around the lower divisions or (dare I say it) use some of the youth players, rather than signing old, slow and expensive (not to mention shit) rejects from poor sides.

But there aren't really that many lower divisions to look for players now are there?! He'd be a good signing for you. Reckon he'll go to a Championship club though.
Jonezy Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I wouldn't mind him here. Would prefer him over N'Gotty actually.
smokey Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 i think he is a shocking defender! But accept on a 1 year contract in div 1 he would be ok, purley just for his power!

dandannieldanok Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I'd laugh if Gregory was appointed tomorrow and Moore was his first signing, double disaster
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I'd laugh if Gregory was appointed tomorrow and Moore was his first signing, double disaster I would actually cry if that happened.
Father Ted Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I'd laugh if Gregory was appointed tomorrow and Moore was his first signing, double disaster I would have a heart-attack
Father Ted Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I may aswell post it here, but it doesn't look as if we'll be getting Hendrie as many rumours are saying he is off to Forest.
Ultra Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I'd laugh if Gregory was appointed tomorrow and Moore was his first signing, double disaster If that nightmare actually happens, Mandaric should be sectioned. Darren Moore is sh!te. End of.
MPH Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 With zero pace- teams like Leeds will just play straight round him... everyone thought that about Matt Elliot in the prem but i remember one phrase i think it was George Graham said: "running into Leicester's defence is like running into a brick wall" this is of course the 3rd tier we are talking about, not the prem and even if it is Leeds who are then only team to give him issues next season then i think we will do very well.
MPH Posted 15 June 2008 Posted 15 June 2008 I may aswell post it here, but it doesn't look as if we'll be getting Hendrie as many rumours are saying he is off to Forest. Not signing for us is one thing but to go to the Forest is another thing altogether!
SamL Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric wants to sign centre-half Darren Moore from Derby - before he signs up a new manager. (Daily Mirror) Typical.

Fooking hell, he openly admitted to doing the same with N'Gotty last summer. Can't you just keep your chequebook closed for once Milan, especially to ancient centre halves.

Jack Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 I think if we end up signing Darren Moore it spells the end for Bruno. N'gotty's legs have gone, I'd get rid anyway.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 N'gotty's legs have gone, I'd get rid anyway. And Darren Moore has the legs of 20 year 100m sprinter?
Jack Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 And Darren Moore has the legs of 20 year 100m sprinter? I know what you are saying, but I think Moore has got a season left in him at this level and I think it's about time for N'gotty to call it a day.
lildave3 Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Good god. This would be the worst thing all summer for me. And that includes if the job goes to Gregory.
Joe. Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 To be honest I want Bruno gone anyway. Big wages but nothing to show for it. Moore? I'm not sure about.
