Matt Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 we were on it alot for us last yearbut not once this season http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12942_2602504,00.html Unless we're in the playoffs, and they do show the odd League One game so no doubt the schedule will be changed about abit.
RowlattsFox Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 We have a chance of being on TV for the JP games and the FA Cup 1st Round and if we draw a big team in either cup.
Bryn Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 There's a chance Leeds v Leicester might find it's way onto TV it the schedules permit it. But yes, I wouldn't expect there to be more than 1 game on TV unless we make the playoffs.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 We have a chance of being on TV for the JP games and the FA Cup 1st Round and if we draw a big team in either cup. FA Cup is on Setanta & iTV this season.
SamL Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 I'm guessing some League One games will be moved to Friday nights to accomadate Sky TV cameras, that's what usually happens.
Daggers Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Oh no! I was really looking forward to having matches moved to different days and to times where the game would finished half an hour after the last train home. Gutted.
Matt Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 FA Cup is on Setanta & iTV this season. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! So hang on, It's either PPV or shite coverage...Football fans are the winners once again (Pay per view for fecking football something that before was either free or a standard contract, now you have to pay more onto of the standard subscribtion ) Also - I don't think we were originally scheduled for many/if any games last season and we had a fair few on Sky.
DanTheFox07 Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 we always play crap on sky anyway, apart from like what 2 games last season if that? Willing to wait until weve got a team worth watching play.....
GLC Posted 11 July 2008 Author Posted 11 July 2008 We are always rubbish on telly anyway. did well against palace, remember watching the game on sky+ the nex day, hadnt a clue what the score was and loved the goal by hume
SamL Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 did well against palace, remember watching the game on sky+ the nex day, hadnt a clue what the score was and loved the goal by hume The Palace match was poor despite the result. Are you referring to Humes goal against Wolves? That was a cracker.

They've got a fair few England games between them as welll.

Simi Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 did well against palace, remember watching the game on sky+ the nex day, hadnt a clue what the score was and loved the goal by hume Hayles?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 no im sure hume scored against palace on sky No it was Hayles. Scuffed it in.
SamL Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 no im sure hume scored against palace on sky Nope, it was Barry Hayles in the last minute.
Simi Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 No it was Hayles. Scuffed it in. Wrong. It was a delightful lob which was all meant.
Matt Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 They've got a fair few England games between them as welll. No too bothered about that. Pay per view - I certainly won't be paying to watch an England game...Paying to be sent to sleep? Nah tbf I like competitive England games (When the games actually mean something) anything else especially England friendlies = So not overly bothered.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Wrong. It was a delightful lob which was all meant. I stand corrected.
GLC Posted 11 July 2008 Author Posted 11 July 2008 was hayles, didnt he miss another chance straight after?
Calum McDermott Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 There will definitely be one game on sky this year as every league 1 team appears at least once on sky.
Simi Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 There will definitely be one game on sky this year as every league 1 team appears at least once on sky. Sure about that?
