I'm always surprised (and slightly disappointed) when their Mum counts it up and I realise what I've given away. It won't get them through university though. HAH!

It does get the exact amount each time for what is allowed to go on the money bag, which is helpful.

It wasn't that big, and she decided to bung in £2 coins. After 18 months, we smashed the pot open, and counted almost a grand!! It paid for her air fare to NZ and an outfit for the bro in law's wedding.
