CosbehFox Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 Did he say he's like to reurn to Liverpool and prove himself?Could be decent, I think, given some time and a proper run in the team. One article I read says he wants to stay in Germany. Lifestyle a major issue (basically can't handle having not a month off in the middle of the season or the fox and hound pace of the Premiership).
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 One article I read says he wants to stay in Germany. Lifestyle a major issue (basically can't handle having not a month off in the middle of the season or the fox and hound pace of the Premiership). That's a shame if true imo. I'd always liked to have seen what he could've done with proper time.
CosbehFox Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 Well he's not Spanish or Scouse, he doesn't take to English football straight the way, he doesn't like passing sideways and he doesn't arselick Rafa. Never going to work at Liverpool.

Never going to work at Liverpool. Liverpool don't seem to like their more "classic" strikers it would seem.
Lillehamring Posted 10 March 2009 Posted 10 March 2009 I like your our style. shall we just get a room....

Never going to work at Liverpool. You cant really say rafa likes his scouse players, he only has gerrard and carra and there no brainers really; even a trained chimp would put them in his starting eleven
Darkzzz_ Posted 10 March 2009 Author Posted 10 March 2009 Yeah, I noticed Genoa are doing well. Like you I'm disappointed to see Napoli fade a bit too.Did he say he's like to reurn to Liverpool and prove himself? Could be decent, I think, given some time and a proper run in the team. Would have loved to see Napoli get 4th spot and on their early showings it wouldn't have been out of the question. Ah well, next season maybe. In regards to Voronin, I am not sure what is happening with him, he wasn't that bad at Liverpool, maybe if he went back he could do a job with his new found confidence.

I think if he actually got even half a chance he might have been able to do a job
Darkzzz_ Posted 10 March 2009 Author Posted 10 March 2009 I think if he actually got even half a chance he might have been able to do a job Yeah you aren't wrong there. Maybe Rafa had something against ponytails.
Joe. Posted 10 March 2009 Posted 10 March 2009 How has Voronin scored goals?! Awful player at Liverpool.
Floating Fox Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 Derry. I will watch Derry at some point in my life! Fun weekend in Bundesliga. Hertha open up a 4 point gap thanks to Andrei Voronin's hat-trick at Cottbus. In the chasing pack, Bayern win 5-1 with even Podolski getting on the scoresheet. Hamburg lose 4-1!!! Against Monchengladbach!! (some say such a performance from Borussia MG was on the cards though). Hoff played Werder in the game of the high scorers which duly finished up a goalless draw. Wolfsburg continue their good home record with a 1-0 win courtesy of Edin Dezko and in the process stay in touch. Bochum's 1-1 draw with Leverkusen in Dusseldorf rules Bayer out of the chase. Love the Bundesliga. Loads more goals than the prem. Also Bochum's away draw with Leverkusen (Good result for mein VfL) won my some monies. Lurvley stuff. Scoring for fun. He's enjoying it out there. He'll stay. One article I read says he wants to stay in Germany. Lifestyle a major issue (basically can't handle having not a month off in the middle of the season or the fox and hound pace of the Premiership). I don't see where everyone gets this thing from that the Premiership is a faster paced and more physical game than Europe. I think he enjoys it more because he's the centre of the Team alongside Pantelic. He probably likes the beeeeeer too! Oh & Finners...Who was the French team you posted some pictures of a few pages back??
Darkzzz_ Posted 11 March 2009 Author Posted 11 March 2009 Have to say I agree with you SUAS. The bundesliga is showing it's class this season. I have enjoyed it as much as Serie A and La Liga.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 Nathko, give me an Italian team to support. I can't decide.
Darkzzz_ Posted 11 March 2009 Author Posted 11 March 2009 Nathko, give me an Italian team to support. I can't decide. Genoa. As I said before, they are a good side. Young and very hungry. In fact they fooking starving !
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 Vigor Lamezia MTWG. Go. I don't know what that is. Genoa. As I said before, they are a good side. Young and very hungry. In fact they fooking starving ! Genoa it is.
Darkzzz_ Posted 12 March 2009 Author Posted 12 March 2009 I don't know what that is.Genoa it is. I like them, I am sure you will as you do appreciate world football and young talent. I think me and you must have come from the same production line.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Just had a look at their team. Forgot they had Palladino.
Finnegan Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 I like them, I am sure you will as you do appreciate world football and young talent. I think me and you must have come from the same production line. Wait. Are you discussing football or chatting him up?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Wait. Are you discussing football or chatting him up? Jealousy.
Darkzzz_ Posted 12 March 2009 Author Posted 12 March 2009 Wait. Are you discussing football or chatting him up? Yes Lewandowski, I really like him, can you pass the note under the table. I am shy.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 Yes Lewandowski, I really like him, can you pass the note under the table.I am shy. We shall overcome.
Darkzzz_ Posted 12 March 2009 Author Posted 12 March 2009 Ok, as long as you keep tabs on Genoa this weekend.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 March 2009 Posted 12 March 2009 PSG have gone defensive tonight. 4-5-1 with Luyindula up front on his own. Hoarau and Giuly both on the bench. They've obviously opted to concentrate on the league now that they're only a point behind leaders Lyon (huge game PSG-Marseille on Sunday night). No Sakho either, not sure if he's injured. I can't see them winning tonight.
