Darkzzz_ Posted 8 April 2009 Author Posted 8 April 2009 Wouldn't quite go that far (Juve are still tainted by their corrupt past), but a challenge to Inter is long overdue. I don't think they are to be honest Ultra. They have done well since being back in Serie A and have tried to lay that ghost to rest with impressive performances, they were also very unlucky after a excllent display against Chelsea in the CL. The next step now is to strengthen and like you say challenge Inter, who have had everything go their way.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 Galatasary v Fenerbahce on Sunday :w00t: Relegation scrap that one.
Darkzzz_ Posted 10 April 2009 Author Posted 10 April 2009 Come on Galatasary. I actually don't have any interest in this league, not that I wouldn't have mind. I just haven't watched any games from it. Maybe I will give it a try, I don't want Fener to win purely because of LD3 and his non reasons for disliking Barca.

They probably will, need to get some revenge for the 4-1 trapsing Fener gave them in November.
Darkzzz_ Posted 11 April 2009 Author Posted 11 April 2009 My day was great, a double with both Leicester and Barca winning. Barca winning 2-0 tonight at home to Recreativo.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 April 2009 Posted 11 April 2009 Dortmund won 3-1 at home to Cologne.
Cat Burger Posted 11 April 2009 Posted 11 April 2009 Even though Wolfy are top of the Bundesliga in a good position, I reckon it's between Bayern and Hamburg for the title, I've got a feeling Jol will have his day.
Ultra Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Depends how Bayern bounce back from the beating they took at Camp Nou last week. But unless Hamburg are distracted by UEFA Cup commitments, I can't see anyone stopping them.

Agreed. Where Wolfy are getting his 9 game streak from? No idea. I said Bayern at Winter break and I'd still back them. Of course, Hamburg would explode and it would be a fitting send-off for Ivica! I seen Genoa were leading Juve 2-1.

If Grafite and Dzeko keep up their form for the rest of the season, I can't see Wolfsburg losing the grip.
lildave3 Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Link to watch Fener/Gala if anybody is interested. Doubt they will be
lavrentis Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 Link to watch Fener/Gala if anybody is interested. Doubt they will be Im watching and want Fenerbache to win
lildave3 Posted 12 April 2009 Posted 12 April 2009 All over, finished 0-0. Kicked off big time at the end, resulting in 4 red cards Semih was one of them Imagine there will be LOTS of trouble off the pitch now.
Floating Fox Posted 13 April 2009 Posted 13 April 2009 YES BOCHUM  Our German friends would have gone to the match had they not been over here watching Barnet
Ultra Posted 13 April 2009 Posted 13 April 2009 I seen Genoa were leading Juve 2-1. Genoa beat Juve. Mourinho has the Serie A title pretty much wrapped up. Quality achievement winning league titles in 3 different countries.
Darkzzz_ Posted 14 April 2009 Author Posted 14 April 2009 Genoa beat Juve. Mourinho has the Serie A title pretty much wrapped up. Quality achievement winning league titles in 3 different countries. Sure is. Well done to Mourinho, certainly is quality. Genoa have been excellent, CL football, I am sure they can hold on to it now! My Mrs was obviously very disappointed with the result.
Darkzzz_ Posted 19 April 2009 Author Posted 19 April 2009 Barca won yesterday, although I did not see the game for obvious reasons. Great day all round then.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Dortmund beat Bochum 2-0. Europe may still be on the cards. Owomoyela and Valdez scored.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 19 April 2009 Posted 19 April 2009 Very nice. I've got a few Dortmund shirts from recent seasons, one of them's quite a nifty little number.
