Finnegan Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 It's a counter attacking system with a lot of pressing and closing down. I've not had problems with it home OR away tbh. You do need a fit squad that can pass the ball, mind, and it may struggle in winter on lower league pitches.

Current game: Large database Selected leagues: England (League Two and up) France (National and up) Germany (Second div and up) Italy (Serie B and up) Spain (LIGA adelante and up) Surely you can find players like Celso Borges, Felipe Baloy, Alain Traoré, Valter Birsa, Hugo Viana, Dudu Aouate on standard settings too, no? Don't know about Mascio, Anier etc.

Fox You Forest Posted 13 February 2009 Posted 13 February 2009 I found Anier no problem, He wont get near my team at the minute with Lewondowski and Bojan up top, Dindane as backup. So he's on a season long loan to Zwolle my feeder team for the second straight season. He seems to bang in the goals for them. Bought 3 Argentinians to try and improve the goals against. Wilfredo Caballero in goal Nicolas Bianchi Arce a CB Miguel Angel Torren a RB Looked good in the 3rd qualifying round although it was against some Slovenian no hopers.

I've got 9.1 and he can do both as far as I know. He's been a physio in about three games for me now.

I didn't think it needed strengthening so only brought in one or two defenders for cover. But I'm conceding goals like a bastard. I manage to claw my way back (hence my Last 5 Form being: XXXXX [all draws]) but it's nerve wracking. Also I've won 2 games all season, drawn 11 and lost 5. I'm currently 19th (SOMEHOW!) and seriously need to start winning.

Didn't make that many signings either, really, I brought in Lewandowski and Mark Randall on loan - I think that was it. I had Choi Sung Kook and Baek Ji Hoon from my first season cos I turned the K-League on. Oh and Juha Hakola who was decent on my load. It went something like: Lewandowski Choi - Randall - Hakola Baek Wesolowski / Oakley Mattock - Tunch - Kisnorbo - Jean Joel Perriere Doumbe ( 6k signing) I'd have to dig out the tactic I was using, it wasn't this new one I've posted. This new one is better for top flight teams, really, this other one was more direct. I had Lewandowski finish with about 43 league goals - at least half of them one-on-ones.

Even if someone else has something blinding you never want to be shy of tweaking it to suit your team. Edit: Personally find "shutting up shop" is a waste of time. The home advantage is no way near as obvious as people make out on FM, really - especially if (like me) you play counter attacking normally anyway.

Fair enough if you download or copy one to start off just work from that instead of installing new ones every other day. Shut up shop?? , I wouldn't even consider it, Attack Attack Attack!
