So far I've always experienced that the money you get over time is directly added to your transfer budget :dunno: That was a fantastic offer for Santa Cruz

It was Dollars not Pounds, I have the US version so everything is US currency.

Can't handle the pressure :P

Yeah considering I was 5th with a game in hand. It bores me tbh so I'm making my own challenge of being a success and taking a new job If I find it suitable.

Half-term next week = inveitable FM game. Going to start a new one with either a League Two or Blue Square team. Oxford United quite possible.

Back involved with the FM boys.

Man City, third season. Still trying to break the top four.

UEFA cup final twice in two seasons. Lost both, one in final minute of extra time.

Lost in FA Cup final as well last season.

Now have Ben Arfa, Arshavin and Ashley Young playing behind Robinho.

In second season with leicester (Won the league on goal difference above leeds :D )

Anyway, signed a regen defender from Perth Glory who has:

Tackling - 20

Heading - 20

Composure - 18

Influence - 17

Pace - 17

Acceleration - 16

Craig Shakespeare says hes twice the player Aleksander Tunchev

All on a free transfer.

I think regens are overpowered too much on this game.

There should be more middle-of-the-road ones. They're all either toss or Wonderkids.

That does my head in,

i want some players tht look sh*t, but can be trained to be greats

Basically yes. And in the first turn there's a few, the likes of Lewandowski, Morgan Schneiderlin, Helder Barbosa etc. But later on they're few and far between.

Alternating between 2 games atm, a Athletic Club Bilbao game on 08 (inspired by LD3) and a AFC Wimbledon game on 09, as I can only play on 09 on my fathers computer, and he is on it most of the time. <_<

With Bilbao I'm in 8th, after 8 games.

With AFC Wimbledon I'm 4th atm, but rapidly climbing.

Livid.

Just played Arsenal, 1-0 up at the Emirates with 15 to go.

Almunia goes down injured and Micah Richards goes to kick the ball out of play so he can get treatment. The ball hits Adebayor by accident and then it lands at the feet of Denilson who goes and scores. Cheating c*nts.

Typical Arsenal eh.

08 Bilbao update - 4th after 19 games :w00t:

Agreed a fee to sell Martinex for £23 million, but pulled out at the last minute, quite glad I did tbh.

With a rotated Yanited team just came from 2-0 down at the Emirates to win 3-2, Tevez with a beauty to nab the win.

Just won a classic game against Atletico.

2-1 down at half time, Martinez off injured. Looks bleak.

Anyway, 6 goals and 20 minutes later I find myself 5-4 up thanks to an Aduriz hat trick. Hero.
