Enjoying Sheff United at the moment, have read the entire 37-page tactics bible on the SI forums, set up a formation using some ideas from that and we are doing well. Signed McIndoe from Bristol City for £2m, Bobo Balde for £65k, Offiong from Hamilton for £550k, Hamilton Ricard for £750k, Andraz Kirm for 500k and got Velicka on loan from Rangers (all of these strikers because they all keep getting injured, also got Beattie, Sharp, Henderson and Webber).

All I remember is that I started at the start of pre-season ahead of the Championship . I dread to think who I signed... Thankfully I don't appear to have done anything rash . Anyway, good start to the season, 1-0 down at home to Wolves first day, came back to win with second half goals from Seol Ki-Hyeon and Andy King .

I had a brand new graphics card given to me a few months ago I could of sold you, I'd be shocked if it wasnt good enough for FM. Trouble is its whereabouts are unknown.

The only thing I'd say I've ever been bad at (and I'm proper shit at it) is training schedules, but at least I always noticed improvements in my players. Is it me or have they made it harder on this one? I haven't noticed a single improvement in any of my players yet and I'm a couple of months into the season. Usually there's always at least the obligatory going from pre-season to start of the season little rises? Anyone got links to some good training schedules I can nick? 2. Is the 3D match engine really just a different graphical representation of the 2D one? I mean, if I put it in the old-school top-down view am I changing anything as far as the mechanics of the game go? 3. Am I being really, really dense or have they made it impossible for you to to have your AML and AMR running diagonally inwards? That's really pissed me off! Was a cornerstone of the old Finners formation. 4. Er, as Ash said, anyone downloaded a good graphics megapack yet for Premier League / Bundesliga players, logos, kits, etc?
JoeyB Posted 23 November 2008 Posted 23 November 2008 Leicester in my second season, 9th in the championship 3 games in and have just been offered 6M for Kisnorbo by Hull. I wouldn't say i need the money but it would be nice, Tunchev is my best defender so i won't be losing my best defender. but i am not sure if i should sell him. The 6m would be nice to top up my squad bring in a bit more depth, but what good CB's are their who could replace him?

With six million quid I might have been able to build a decent championship side. Just got Daniel Sturridge on a free transfer, I hope for that to be the saving grace of this pre-season

My first signing for the summer was to bring Henri Lansbury back in on a season long loan for my then parent club Arsenal, which as soon as i signed him i terminated the agreement and got Manchester UTD as my new parent club with the loan signings of Danny Welbeck & Davide Petrucci. I then Signed, Traore (ex Pompy) Bywater, and connely all on free's and asked Milan for more money who then gave me 3M. I sold Kisnorbo for 6Million and brought in a few other players in that money. I don't bloody know I'm just doing whatever the people on the forums say is wrong. And under the solutions to this error message does it says anything about a graphics card. I don't even know what a graphics card is, that's what I thought I was updating
