General Smuts Posted 27 July 2009 Posted 27 July 2009 First game in a while tonight for Nissan. My calf muscle is quite tight and i've been having cramps all weekend. Hopefully it holds up.

Good performance by everyone though to get to the final and in the final as well. Ashley also played. 4 goals including a hat-trick. And only conceeded 1 in my stint in goal .

We were really good today, that's the best we've played for a long long time. We always have a good battle against your team, as we normally find it hard to break you lot down. Maybe it's because I wasn't playing We've got a good solid squad that's settled now, and even if someone can't play for whatever reason, they still turn up and watch to give any extra support. 6 games gone, 5 wins and a draw, 28 goals scored and 0 conceded, we're sending a message out to the other teams.

Just a quick question for people-what do you find as the best boot to wear on sand based astro turf which is wet? Today i was just wearing my usual astro turf boots but i was still slipping everywhere!!

Yet to concede a goal, and have only dropped one point. We've got a lot of hard games coming up though, but we're really happy with the start we've made.

The only team that have and will give you the slightest concern are Galacticos, the rest don't have a chance against you. I finally got a man of the match award as we drew 0-0 with Crosspatch.

That's who we drew with. St Paul's are always tricky, and when we play Crosspatch, it's like Rangers Celtic, so anything can happen.
Maybes Posted 7 September 2009 Posted 7 September 2009 Shaun Wilkes turning out for Shakhtar Senseless this evening in a gruelling 6-5 victory. Very fast tempo-d dirty game, great win though. Especially as we had a 16year playing who scored 3. T.Moore tearing defences apart as usual .
