Best i've played in a while tonight, buoyed by my wonder goal on Weds and the stick i was doling out to my Sunday team mates.

First game i bagged a trick and could have had more were it not for my right foot efforts all skewing wide. Netted all three with my chocolate leg but we stoll lost 5-4 due to our lack of a keeper meaning when we rotated everyone kept letting in soft goals from distance.

Second game was much better, our team was stringing passes together against better opposition than the first game. Bagged a second trick and again could have had more including hitting the bar in the first half and the post from the half way line in the second. Finally bagged with my right for my sixth goal of the night, spinning the biggest bastard i've ever seen with my back to goal and pinging it from deep, Torres-esque.

Loving 5 a-side at the moment.

Lost 3-2 tonight, somehow.

Really promising performance from us, I fancy us to get our first point next week :whistle:

Who did you play?

We won our Ashby game 5-0, then won 2-0 in out Whitwick game.

We've now won 7 out of 7 at Hermitage. The standard in the top league is just a different class though, doubt we'll only concede 3 goals in 7 games in the Prem!

We played Hayden FC. We bossed them, they literally had 3 or 4 shots. Our keeper had a bit of a mare tbh.

Kings Arms next week though, I fancy it.

Just got a phone call and im playing again tonight. 3rd game in 2 days and for once i think i might have the legs for it. Hoping to continue my good goal scoring record of late. Average of 2 goals a game so far - 12 in 6.

Got back on the 5-a-side train after a couple of years out today.

We only had 4 as one lad was running late. Started off in goal and made a couple of decent saves. Came out on pitch after half time for about two minutes before I sprained my ankle for the third time in five days! In absolute agony now. lol

The ref told us we'd fofeit if I went off so went back in goal. Couldn't do much apart from let the ball hit me, which it did quite a lot. The oppo couldn't finish for toffee. Final score 6-2 to us. Decent result given that we only fielded 4 and I was as much use as a rag doll for most of the second half!

I have broke my finger before whilst in goal at 5-a-side in a similar situation. Played the rest of the first half and the other team fielded a midget. I consider myself a reasonable goalie aswell but the goals were flying past, I just eventually became determined not to let the midget score. Then played second half on pitch, after seeing my finger at an acute angle.

Bagged 5. Heroic effort from the lad. 11 in 3 for the last 2 days and 17 in 7 for the season.

Was kicked all over the shop as well and am bruised to shit now. Overall happy though.

Continued my rich vein of goal scoring form with another 4 for the season tally over 2 games. Takes me to 21 for the season and 15 for the week. God knows where the goals are coming from, i had a poor game in my first game and still managed to bag 2. Both keeping mistakes due to my left foot rockets being too hot to handle lol

Second game was much better, slotting away a penalty and a long range curler against a strong fast team who were so gangster they turned up in baggy jeans, late and changed on the pitch. Should've had a yellow card as well as i sweeped the leg of one lad who got away from me. I was too tired to chase so took him out lol

We were 3-0 up in about 3 minutes after an electric start and two decent finishes to set us well on our way. I scored one, but maybe should've had 5. Although after nearly 3 months out, I'm blaming it on me being rusty.

Dandanieldannok made some good saves for the opposition, so well done to him.

Another wonder goal from deep for me today, and i wasn't even gonna play. Have a dead leg now to go with the twinged hamstring thanks to some bad boy unit playing at the back for the oppo. Won 8-6 but it should have been more, i had plenty of chances and only bagged twice. Got a few assists as well so i'm happy with the performance.

Disappointed with my own performance, a few decent saves but really should have saved one or two of the goals. If your team were really at full throttle for the full game it would have been double figures. You and the other lad up front tore us to shreds.
