Then I made the small venture over to Ashby to play for XL against Mannys Legends team and we somehow drew 0-0 despite getting battered!! Ricky Just one of those days yesterday.

The only real shot we had was from Steg when I played him through. You played deep and Will couldn't get into the game. Your team must have had 20+ shots!!

Depends which Grampus team plays, if you get a team which contains the likes of Matley, Lego, Papan and Lewis, i.e the team that beat the Barnes 4-1 then you'll struggle. They rotate the squad around though, Lego and Matley are the dangermen, not to say the rest of the lads are poor!! Well, we're promoted, so I guess we might now be playing you next season if you stay up! We have Tropic Thunder this weekend.

Your not wrong really, all depends on what team they put out. We're looking forwards to playing in the prem next year, we are just going through the motions now, it was a bit silly us being in that division and not really fair on the other teams. Whoever goes down though, will literally come straight back up I'd imagine. I'm playing for XL tonight, game is at 7:00 vs Albion. I get to be a bit lazier on a Wednesday which is always a bonus in my eyes. I wouldn't mind seeing what FC Tudor are like, they seem to do a job!! Leisure Leagues should do a county tournament or something like that.

We watched them the other week and he was quality. They were a completely different side to the one that played us before. Expecting another cricket score then. They are absolutely shocking.

He's just strong, fast, direct and can shoot hard and accurately. Which makes him a really effective five a side player and a pain in the @ss to mark!! I doubt he'll be playing though, he only really plays when they are short on players. Mately and Lego will just waltz past you like your not their though. We beat Tropic Thunder 18-0 last time and I sat in goal and did naff all. I think I touched the ball once in 24 minutes from a back pass. I doubt we'll hammer them that much this time.

Well, my Sunday also features a game against No Idea at Ashby so the quality of opposition for me on Sunday will be fairly poor. The playing lending rule is a joke.

From what I've seen so far of the teams in our league, Legends and XL seem the two better teams. I've heard Thringstone are quite good as well. A real waste of time getting promoted though.

XL have a better team in this Division than the team that were relegated from the Prem. Wilson only join (lad in the Leeds shirt) towards the back end of Premiership season and he's added that bit more quality squad wise. That Chris Lewis/Lego got 2 goals in the last 5 minutes to break our hearts But then afterwards me and another of ours played for Sultans against Kings Arms, I bagged twice Means that we're still a point off of safety. And Sultans are apparently stopping next season, meaning the team that finishes 7th might stay in the top league anyway.

I picked up wins this evening with a 15-1 victory at the Hermitage for Cadiz, then 6-1 at Ashby for XXL.
