Okay, so we've withdrawn from the Lobro league because it's indoor.

Anyone know any decent places where me and my team can play that's half decent?

Any contacts would be great.

Cheers.

Try where we play.

Come off the bench to bag the first two goals.

Have they just joined today?

Got no chance of getting in that league then. Balls.

Non Non! They were put in as Cobden FC didn't show for 2 weeks. So god knows it's highly doubtful they will turn up! I was on the phone to Alb and I dont know why I put today. Long weekend.

Random Plebs, Western Australia's leading 2nd division, monday night football team are today celebrating the achievement of the dream. After spending last year propping up the ladder, an inspired signing (me) has led the Plebs to Monday night championship glory.

A tight fought final match went into extra time and a cooly taken (left foot mind you) strike from the edge of the box saw the Plebs hit the front. With six minutes remaining the side locked up and went on to claim the ultimate prize (that being a $100 voucher to the local).

Bring on Division one :crylaugh::chant::scarf:

Won 7-6 on Thursday night. Great game. We were always one goal behind bar a 4-2 at mid-way which we got back to 4-4.

With 2 minutes remaining and 5-6 down, I brought myself on, got the ball rolling on making it 6-6.

Then they took the kick-off, one of our lads robbed the ball off their 'defender' and he was in, 7-6 with thirty seconds left.

I won the ball with ten seconds remaining, someone shouted 'shoot!'. Leave that, run to the corner with barging everyone about in Howard-esque vigour.

Good lads, we played though - nice to play a team who were just normal young blokes who just wanted 'to play' rather than scrap. It was kinda of 'low-key' which made it better as well, no arguing or nothing. I enjoyed too because they were average enough just for me to read them and using my body to shepherd and tackle. I don't do goals - leave that to everyone else.

Played my first game in a long long time tonight and was my first game back after the flu. And im fooked to be honest. We played 2 games and both were free introduction to the new bigger pitches games. Lost both understandably as we only had 3 and the other 2 hadnt even met each oter till today. We had no keeper either so we just played swap every 5. Credit to the 2 fellas who stepped in to help us out too. Both had other games to play and both did well.

Enjoyed it though but fook me the pitch size difference is killing me. We played 6 a side in the second game and it was still fooking massive.

League starts proper next weekend and fingers crossed ill have a squad next week. 6 players let me down today so we'll see.
