dandannieldanok Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 The lad who you've replaced, fook me, he was a good (albeit jammy at times) goalkeeper. So I've been told, tbh I'm not entirely sure whether I'm certain of keeping the place for the new season but there don't seem to be any other candidates atm.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 26 November 2008 Posted 26 November 2008 Big game tonight against Cumberland Sasauge Svages. Good outfit. Got some new Pumas though so I'm on the lookout for goals.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 26 November 2008 Posted 26 November 2008 Got kicked in the ****ing nose. We won 7-0.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 26 November 2008 Posted 26 November 2008 Oh dear. Cumberland Sasauge Savages are not as funny or nice as their name suggests. We did not play well at all, and lost, again.
allard7 Posted 28 November 2008 Posted 28 November 2008 Drew 7-7 with we hate wortly fc , durnerz and joeB playing for them good game though lads, Got myself on the score sheet 3 times again
JakeShingler Posted 28 November 2008 Posted 28 November 2008 Got a 5 a side tournament down goals tommorow Any one else?
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 November 2008 Posted 28 November 2008 Awful. Sharup, we'd of won if our goalkeeper wasn't increadible A) Stupid for forgetting shin pads and B) Slow in fetching them. Oh and their first goal = farce, I was clearly legged up.

Manwell Pablo Posted 28 November 2008 Posted 28 November 2008 I meant me mate. you did alright, was a pretty competitve game once we actually got someone who could keep goal on. Got them again in two weeks at 9.30 so the record will be put straight assuming Mr Dennis does not forget his shin pads again.
CosbehFox Posted 28 November 2008 Posted 28 November 2008 6-0 down after 6 minutes, 6-2 down at Half-Time. Final score.....9-6 win. Lovely in retrospective but it was hard work.

I did alright yeah, but the goals are too small so I can't do my natural 'placement over power' routine. Had my chances. You can't have many games left now?

Had my chances. You can't have many games left now? Their tiny, even for 5 a side goals they are absloutley tiny, we've all said your main problem is you can't hit the ball hard enough to score in them. I've got 8 this season and besides a penalty I think I've absloutley twatted every single one bar one, when the goalie was out of position. Thats why on the whole their aren't many goals in that league. One left, 8pm, I think their going to cancel that anyway as their not in the cup competion the following week so I think they might be jacking it in, which will leave us on 15 points, which is frustrating as 4 more points and we'd of probabley stayed up, and we've pissed away two 2-0 leads and one 3-1 lead this season in the last 10 minutes of games and taken 2 points from them, had that extremly frustarting game that you first played in when we hit the post about 5 times and they scored a crap goal. lost 3-2 to a side we would of without question beat had we not had 4 men, list goes on. After that we've got a cup competition 9.30 against the same lot we played last week so I take it you wont be coming, if we get through we've got a bye to the semis and a game at 9pm 17th, if your not training your more than welcome to come down but we will more than likely be playing a team for of East mid county players unless by some miracle they get knocked out. So it'll just be chasing shadows for 30 minutes. We're jacking it in as a team after that, can't get a consistant 5 out. We play indoor Sunday evenings as well if you want to get involved with that after Kirbys season finishes. Goals are much bigger and the ball is felt so should suit you more.

As for the 9:30, if you need me then I reckon I could make that after training. Indoor sunday evenings sounds good, where's that at?
Bert Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Won today. Scored. Tried bribing the ref to give me man of the match. Didn't work.
Bert Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Lost 4-1 Who to? Moving to another league.. Where to?
dandannieldanok Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Who to? Joga Bonito I think. I'm heading for an early retirement after my performance - Heurelho Gomes on speed
Manwell Pablo Posted 1 December 2008 Posted 1 December 2008 All so tempting. As for the 9:30, if you need me then I reckon I could make that after training. Indoor sunday evenings sounds good, where's that at? Same place but in the sports hall. You can play next week if you want, I doubt I will need you to make 5 but we certainly wont get 8 so it's up to you. Ashby 9.30 is a bit of a trek for you though.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 Just come out of a game against the vilest, most aggressive cunts you could ever have the displeasure of playing against. Some absolute tosser was climbing on me, and kicking me. Naturally I retaliated, which provoked the following response: No Mark #1 (Squaring up to me) : "I'll fucking launch you." No Mark #2 (Pulling away #1) : "You got lucky there, lad." No Mark #1 : "If you wanna meet me after the game I'll fucking have you." Me (in the campest tone I could do) : "Ooooh, I'll bet you'll fucking have me." They were abusive towards the ref as well, after every decision that didn't go their way. Twats like those don't deserve legs. Seriously considering just quitting football now.
