A lot of you will probably disagree, but I think a point would be a very good result for us tonight despite their lowly position.

I'd take a 4-4 draw if Fryatt or Gradel got them all. But a win would be a lot nicer.

I really want to text them 4 that have gone and tell them the game's been abandoned.

But I'd best get on with this report I'm supposed to be doing.

I'll do it.

I'm thinking a comfortable win tonight. They will be on a high after their win against Tranmere and they will hopefully come at us trying to play football, this should create the gaps and openings we need to set Dyer and co off.

2-0 City.

Dyer and Fryatt.

Think we'll win 2-1

After 4 relatively average performances, we'll go out tonight knowing a win puts us top and we'll beat them, I hope.

Oakley and Howard.

First time in the black kit tonight as well.

I think the team will be -

Martin

Powell/Berner

Gilbert

Tunch

Hobbs

Dyer

Adams

KING

Oakley

Howard

Fryatt

Oakley and Howard.

Exactly why they will fail to deliver...

Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has kept faith with the same XI who started Saturday's 1-0 home victory over Hartlepool United for tonight's League One showdown with Colchester United at the new Weston Homes Community Stadium.

Jack Hobbs, who replaced the rested Michael Morrison at the heart of the Foxes defence at the weekend, keeps his place alongside Aleksandar Tunchev as does winger Nicky Adams, who will start on the right flank in front of Kerrea Gilbert.

Matty Fryatt and Steve Howard, who have scored 10 goals between them so far this term, continue up front. The only change is on the bench where the fit-again Max Gradel replaces teenager Craig King.

Colchester are also unchanged after their 4-3 victory at Tranmere on Friday night and include former Fox Matt Heath in their ranks.

City: Martin, Gilbert, Hobbs, Tunchev, Adams, Oakley ©, King A, Dyer, Howard, Fryatt. Subs: Henderson, Morrison, Gradel, Berner, Wesolowski.

United: Gerken, White, Jackson, Reid, Hammond, Platt, Izzet, Yeates, Heath, Perkins, Borrowdale. Subs: Coyne, Cousins, Vernon, Wordsworth, Elito.
