Where's Milan?

It's not that I'm particularly missing him or anything but his total absence is something of a surprise. He is not exactly a reclusive character and as owner of the club it is surprising that he has had so little to say about the start to the season. I suppose that since any word from a club chairman on playing performance generally accompanies a manager's P45 he has decided to keep his head down.

I did think about this the other day.

It's quite refreshing to be honest, he seems to be keeping himself out of the limelight for once and things are running smoothly. Things at this club appear to be going well, and I think Milan's got things absolutely spot on since we were relegated.

After the interview he did after we got relegated he sounded really upset, Sounded like he was crying even maybe that shocked him into a change of attitude.

Like Joe he hasn't put a foot wrong this season and it's nice not to be reading about his mistakes.

Hopefully at his age he's easing off and spending more time with his family and allowing the day to day activities to be done by Hoos and co. Pearson is doing a great job and there's no reason for him to fire up the ' He's got drive, enthusiasm, integrity ' for a new manager.

It is actually nice not to hear from him, letting the manager get on with the job and not hearing which manager he is going to appoint next in the papers.

It looks as though he's got the right man at last, so let him stay out of the limelight and let Nige get on with his task.
