Does that mean we would get one of those fluorescent tops as an away kit?

I love adidas but those are horrendous!

Id love to see city with a quality kit supplier like Adidas or Umbro. It would be even better if the bloody things fit properley aswell. JAKO kits make you look like your from bloody Belson! :santa:

What difference does Topps make !?

They pay the club, jesarse christ.

It's the principle of the thing! :D

Don't think they pay us that much anyway...

I'm not a big fan of shirt sponsorship as it is, but you must admit that their logo makes us look like a village team.

I'm beginning to wonder if there is anything you actually do like.:D

That Ajax kit is nice.

Design? Yes.

Colours? Horrible!

If only Admiral could come up with something funky AND fashionable... :frusty:

Retro all the way. But proper retro!

Haha, was in 96/97 when we had the patchwork sort of goalie shirts? The home one was green and the away one was pink?

For Christmas that year I got the green one while my younger brother got the pink one. He spent all of his Christmas explaining to various relatives that the colour of his jersey was "a kind of red". I took great joy spending my Christmas telling him that it was "pink like a girl's". :D :D :D

Wish I was seven or eight again...

Might have a look for mine, got the number on the back signed by Steve Walsh when he opened Sportsworld in Harborough!

New Adidas 'Blue' home and 'White' away shirt with Fryatt on the back and the lad scoring 25+ goals next season back in the Championship ... I'll worry about the Premiership shirt maker the following season!

I had a white away shirt from 1996 with "Izzet 6" on the back, wore it to every match. I also had the home keeper shirt, the green and black one, but I think they've been thrown away :(

I always wanted the pink one, it looked really snazzy to a six-year-old.

Adidas kits always seem too busy. Those 08/09 Mitre ones for Huddersfield and Ipswich looked simple and smart.

That's the exact reason I hate adidas footy shirts. They (just about) always over-complicate it and never keep it simple. Why do they stick their logo in the bloody centre nine times out of ten? It always appears to makes the club badge look wonky and the shirt cramped. They can't even make a nice gi....sticking their bloody logo all over it. Puma keep it really simple and really nice in my eyes, look at Spurs and Brizzle City. But out of the 3 suggested, I'd have Mitre (just) over Admiral atm. If Admiral put their logo over the tit rather than the sternum, I'd be a happy bunny. Still, the off the peg 09/10 adidas might be alright. I couldn't give a toss if it is Topps Tiles next year. They obviously have offered the club the most £££ so that's all that matters.
