Next Year's Kit Supplier [That isn't Adidas]

I dont see why Mandy would stop using Jako after so many years as a customer.

Especially when he'd make more money from Jako as well.

If anypone would like to explain to me why one brand of shirt is "better" than another then I'm all ears?

Do any of them not use the same slave labour sweatshops in India and Bangladesh? :dunno:

I agree we should make our own we could call them Fox Leisure :P , I'm sure we could find / create a decent sweatshop in Leicester.

Think of all the transport costs we could save, we could even close up the Mega Store and have people collect their own direct from their local Fairtrade sweatshop.

Leicester City FC going green.

Jako have another 2 years left on the deal after this season

Maybe the cock-up over supplying the black kit activates a termination clause?

So, you do know how to start sentences with capital letters.

Full stops next.

Good news if true, all depends on what it looks like though. Don't know why but I've always thought Adidas would be our future kit suppliers.

I couldn't give a monkeys who makes our kits it's the badge on the left that matters not the brand on the right of the shirt

I think some of the bigger brands have better trained kids in their sweatshops and use slightly nicer material?

i hope this is true. I havent bought a leicester top cus i think its looks really shyte. my last top is the alliance and leicester one, its much more stylish than the jako topps tiles one. id defo get one next season if its an adidas one.

Hope it's true although i cant see it, after years and years of sh*t kits why would we suddenly get a decent one?

Who cares if it's an old adidas design tho, seriously have you seen the kits we're currently wearing! I wouldn't mind if it was an adidas design from the early 90s, it would still be better than these shocking Jako kits.

Hope it is true,

I don't know alot about business, but I'm sure it would be cheaper to pay Jako to make a kit, than Adidas, so why would Mandy pay out.

Maybe he's thinking, people are more likely to buy an Adidas shirt .. so if he shells out a bit, he may recouperate it?

That's long been my theory on the matter. I'm sure we'd sell more shirts if they looked better and the quality was more befitting of a garment that costs £40. I'm confident adidas would be able to provide that. I also don't buy this 'identikit' argument. Look at Peterborough's kit, the same as Chelsea's? I don't bloody think so!

Exactly the same here. I can't stand the current shirt and haven't bought one since the Alliance & Leicester shirt a few years ago. If they make them look better it would definitely appeal to me.

People buy their football shirts because of the club badge not the manufacturers logo. If Adidas made the most beautiful shirt ever created it still wouldn't be bought by anyone other than Leicester fans.

Maybe with Leicester but that's not the case generally.

At the moment I'll just settle for something which is symmetrical...

Adidas kits tend to look rather complicated which I don't like, but I'll happily take just about anything over the crap which we sport at the moment...
