Guest Bilo Posted 24 December 2008 Posted 24 December 2008 Adidas would be fine for me. I really like Chelsea's kit, nice, simple and stylish. I wouldn't want to see us go for one of their more fussy designs, simplicity is king!!

Posted 13 January 2009 Posted 13 January 2009 Hi, I know this subject has been talked about alot lately, but just wanted to find out if it had be confirmed that we will be dropping Jako at the end of the season?? Basically im asking becuase im expecting twins in May (great timing i know!!) and want to get them a newborn kit. Obviously the blue one will be going anywauy at the end of the season but i would imagine that if we stay with Jako then the black one will still be around next season?? Otherwise if not i will wait til we get a new kit in July time!

The black one was only a one season kit (I think) so it won't be around anyway. I think the smallest you can get a kit for is 3 months (I seem to remember this from when Fez and I got Raj's kid a kit) so you should have some time to decide

claridges'_socks Posted 1 April 2009 Posted 1 April 2009 My friend works for a graphic design company that do shop designs and layouts - last Friday my friend started working on designs for Adidas for the club shops of Middlesborough and Leicester. He designed a sign saying "The New Leicester Adidas home strip" He says the graphic deadlines for all the work is March so i guess they can be all printed up for June time when we make our return to the championship - my friend does not like football so he did'nt talk about it in too much detail because he was'nt interested but he just mentioned it over the weekend to me! I know Mandaric has been unhappy with the quality and delays of the Jacko strip and it would suggest he invited offers !! Good news though in my opinion !!! Just saw on www.footballshirtculture.com that Middlesbrough will be having a new Adidas kit for next season, so could be some trouth in this regarding us !?

That would be awesome if we had a 'proper' kit manufacturer like Adidas! we've not had a good one since Admiral in the 80's no more fox leisure, bukta, jjb, jacko shee-ite! We'll look like a proper team n everything
