Of course he is, it's American politics. He's also the marginally less extreme Conservative so he'd get my vote. And while I will appreciate the enormous sentiment and massive landmark of having a first black president, I do strongly dislike the attitude that someone would vote for Obama purely for the reason that he's black and so are they. If some white, Southern State American said they were voting for McCain because he was white they'd be branded a complete bigot.
