Floating Fox Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 , I'd rather be playing Stevenage or Horsham at home than Leeds or S****horpe away. Why? Leeds away would have been quality. A proper game of football, not a passion-less knock-a-bout like this is going to be. Leeds at home would have been better. London I think.
JakeShingler Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Anyone no if it will be one stand open or the whole ground? cba to read 3 pages

Asha Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Anyone no if it will be one stand open or the whole ground?cba to read 3 pages Based on the previous home cup games, I'm guessing just one stand mate.
JakeShingler Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Based on the previous home cup games, I'm guessing just one stand mate. Well thats shit.
Ashley Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Well thats shit. It's really not, why should the club waste money and open all the other Stands? The only way all stands should be open is if we'll be getting a decent gate which we wont unless the club put Tickets at a very cheap price.

Maybes Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Oh dear god. I dont know what I will be doing with my Saturday afternoon that day but I certainly wont be spending it down the Walkers. Now if it was away it would be a different matter.
Simi Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 The most uninspiring cup draw since the last one, definitely. To be fair, how anyone could be happy with that is beyond me. Biggest let down ever. And I'd rather be punched in the face than have my balls cut off but that doesn't mean I'm going to enjoy it. Well thats a crap draw. Oh dear god. I dont know what I will be doing with my Saturday afternoon that day but I certainly wont be spending it down the Walkers. Now if it was away it would be a different matter. Are you lot ever happy about anything?

Simi Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 I fooking hate life. I thought NSLL was the EMO one? Seems to have changed his tune now though and is congratulating people on them telling others to cheep up?
reynard Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 I can't believe some of the arrogance on here. Obviously many are too young to remember Harlow Town! We were not a third division outfit in those days but we still lost. We could play the youngsters and lose and that would look really good wouldn't it. Sides like this deserve our respect and if our players think they will walk all over them then we will lose. I suspect Stevenage would probably bring well over 1000 fans if they get through. Lower league football needs all the financial help it can get and as a club previously in administration we should all recognise this fact and if the prices are ok turn out for this one.
Joe. Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 Might not even be able to make this to be honest. There's a good chance we'll get shown on TV so it'll mean getting moved to a Sunday when I work...
Samilktray Posted 26 October 2008 Posted 26 October 2008 I thought NSLL was the EMO one? Seems to have changed his tune now though and is congratulating people on them telling others to cheep up? This shit draw has well and truly wrecked my life.

Poor draw really, it'll be a good day out for whichever team comes though, should be quite loud.
