Was this the last time we met?

Was it really 15 years ago?

If you've 8 minutes to spare watch this and cry.

The sole reason I really want go. This scarred me and started it all off for me. We must win!

We got there on a double decker bus from Brauny, made a flag and I remember the massive banners pre-game. Face paint the lot, still got the photos.

They went 1-0 and feel asleep at Old Wembley!! Woke back up 3-0 down. The atmosphere was soul-destroying at half-time.

I then creamed my pants as we came back to 3-3 and then absolutely shocked at the final outcome.

The bus on the way back was awful. I came back home, ran to me Mum and Dad and just cried for the rest of the night. Watched it the day after on video, cracking game and then watched our comeback on repeat continously for about a year. I used to be able to name the goalscorers and the minute they scored in. Haven't got anymore, would love to watch it.

Gutted and it's what really got me supporting us. Apparently, every time I lose my face is just like that face on returning home.

I've hated Glenn Hoddle ever since.

Many of my heroes were in that City team. It might not have been the best.. but it's one I identified with at an earlyish age.

Stevie Thompson!

This is the first match against Swindon since the Play-off final in 1993. It's been a long time coming.

I think we'd have done well in the Premier League in 1993-1994, much better than Swindon anyhow.

if anyone team has suffered more than us in the last 15 years , it is Swindon

Well they lost Hoddle a few weeks later, got relegated with 100 goals against, and then got relegated again the next season!

But I think some teams have suffered worse. Oxford, Notts County and Luton spring to mind.

My car could do with a bit of a run, quick blast down the M4 on saturday will be just the job.

Might even get to see us win, easier than getting to the Walkers for me. :scarf:

"Whitlow drives forward now, and pulls it back for Thompson, and Thompson has equalised! It's unbelieveable stuff now!"

Iconic commentary from Alan Parry.

Sad, sad times. As a wee child (well 6....) I have fond memories sitting with my late grandfather watching us go down to Swindon. Revenge is more than necessary! Anyone up for a few Histon related chants?!

Hinckley beat them last week as well.

That was few weeks after my 9th birthday.

First time we meet them since that final - I can't believe it's actually 15 years ago.

We stopped at the Wembley Hilton the night before that game. It was packed with Leicester fans. The bar was rammed with fans singing all night . The next day I felt dog rough, not just at the amount of ale I'd drunk but the price of it as well.

What a day. I had an asthma attack at 3-0, refused medical treatment, and was glad in some ways.

The day was all the more memorable because I could have pulled a bloke called "Fried Bread Fred", whilst my mate was getting attention from his mate "Fat Lee".

I have never seen them at a City game since (the blokes, not my mate).
