Darkzzz_ Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 I was mugged in London once. Although going to Cafe De Paris was a huge mistake in the first place. I ended up forking out £10.50 each for two Vodka and Red Bulls and I think my pint was something like £5.80. I obviously had one drink and quickly shot off. Best thing about that place though, we got in free.... Oh and the dancers on the bar.... Nice.
Corky Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 ......and the women Ric, Swedish and Norwegian birds seem well up for it, well, what i've seen in the films anyway....good luck Ric, if you do go, send me a post card, i'll definitely come and visit!!! Ooh Doctor
James. Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 I know, it was only because we were drunk Gaucho! That's the one I was trying to remember! Hence I ended up finding a link to El Gaucho instead. We're planning to go there with my Argentinian friend, he misses his beef. It's beautiful. If you're prepared to spend some pretty serious money you'll be in heaven. Spent many a Thursday night guzzling Malbec and romping through red meat. I would recommend the one near Tower Bridge, great views from there. The Canary Wharf one is the best I've been to in terms of actual food. Swallow Street near Picadilly was a little disappointing compared to the others. Oh and the cheesecake. F**k me.
The People's Hero Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 F**k me. Rude. But... I suppose beggars can't be choosers. Allow me access and I'll dissappoint you till the cows come home.
Joe. Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 My mate paid 10 Euros for a pint in Paris. Now there's a mug for you.
MC Prussian Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 My mate paid 10 Euros for a pint in Paris. Now there's a mug for you. That's £5 regular price & £5 extra for being English. Oh, so amical, the French...

Benji Posted 5 December 2008 Posted 5 December 2008 Last time I went on a night out in London it was Zoo Bar and £2.50 for dbl Vodka with any mixer, or £2 for a bottled beer. Good times. Haha, I remember going their in my first year, I left after 30 minutes when the ex wanted a seeing to saving me another 3 hours of the r'n'b shite they play, good times. Tabou, you need to find London spoon's, dirty and hideous but cheap, lovely. Or don't drink such pompous drinks. Also, 3rd January, anything planned post new years? I think you should come to London for a 21st to remember.
