Not to nitpick or anything, and I know this post is from ages ago, but actually sulphur is added as a filtration ingredient. Salt would be sodium, and there really shouldn't be much of that at all in most alcoholic drinks (bottle of Kopparberg has about 0.4% of your daily intake, for example) Sorry, sometimes the inner geek just has to be let loose...
