Just booked Lambrini Girls in Birmingham, if anyone likes stuff like Idles and Soft Play (formerly Slaves) give them a listen. Honestly unbelievable and recon they will be huge.

I looked at Ozzy/Black Sabbath tickets this morning.

I know there’s a lot of acts, it’s going to charity, and all dayer but £197 for the cheapest seats means I’m out.

Something like £250 for standing and £395 for gold standing I heard, seen most of those bands before anyway.

Pulp just announced an arena tour

In June!

Would have loved to have gone but the amount of summer gigs I’ve got booked for June/July is ridiculous.

August/September and I’m there.

Bought tickets for the Beta Band at Rock City in September.

Saw them there on their farewell tour years ago, a group pretty much cancelled through lack of interest in a half empty venue, and here we are, I dunno, more than 20 years later and it's nearly sold out.

Funny old world etc

I’ve been in two minds about this but didn’t think it would sell out so thought could make a last minute decision. Best get on it.

I was a bit as well and but when I saw that tickets seemed to be selling out I took the plunge. Must admit, despite reading an article about them coming back last week I hadn't even realised a tour had been booked until a friend told me

Primal Scream in Notts and JAWS in Birmingham next month. Not been to a gig since December and it's flown by scarily quickly.

Then Empire Of The Sun in August and Oasis in September, both in London.
