The fact that Gilbert chose to be at Roots Hall and actually watched the second half in the Leicester end when he could no doubt have been at Wembley watching his employers speaks absolute volumes about the spirit in our camp.

I was next to him!! Hes a top lad and he says he loves it ere! Im very very drunk and emotional and IM SO HAPPY!!

I'm just back from a 2 week holiday in Portugal and to make up for being back, I get to watch us (albeit on the BBC Final Score) become champions! :D

Had pretty much expected it after the 1-0 win over Leeds but to actually seal it today is that icing on the cake! Well played lads!

Lets hope we can carry this over into next season... with a few signings and a bit of work over summer... who knows what we could achieve...

:scarf:

Leicester City Football Club - League One Champions!

How good does that sound after last seasons dismal ending!

Let's just put it down to the emotion of the day.

If it's any consolation I was actually pleased you got your ticket for the game today, I reckon you deserved it.

Back to normal tomorrow though.

Big Steve has got a whacking cut on his forehead.

Hmmmmm weird, worrying. Fearing there is more to it than meets the eye but I suppose that is just the curious and there is something wrong Leicester fan in me.

Did he have his aeroplane sick bag with him?

I'm on my mate sofa freezing my arse off, pissed off my face typing this on my iPod listening to we are the champions with a tear in my eye. Amazing work by an unfancied PEarson (in my opinion at the start of the season). Well done lads made us all proud, can't wait till I go into my office in London full of dirty plastic scousers an mancs, this time next year we'll be millionaires or celebratin premiership promotion rodders!

Yesterday was fucking awesome. I'm just delighted that we've managed to get ourselves straight back out of this division.

Nice to meet Lovejoy and Kareem in the ground.

"Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeve!!!!!!!!" :D

Also thought the Southend fans were pretty good, apart from the obvious unsavoury police incident.

:scarf: "CHAMPIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONS!!!!!!!!!" :scarf:

Are you joking? A man annoyingly banging a drum, for 6 people, including one fat bastard to clap along with.

At least it was loud and fairly constant. :dunno:

Yes. Yes. Yes. What a day.

FT Aisle was amazing, brilliant atmosphere. Nice to see the whole end standing, hopefully it'll be the same at Crewe and next season. The WYS that Maybes started was incredible. The best I've ever heard. Simply brilliant stuff!

The atmosphere pub after the game with the Arsenal plebs was epic. Laughable banter from the Gooners (including 'have you ever been abroad?' lol). 'We are the champions, champions of league one' got going a treat in there.

So, so, so proud to be a City fan today. Don't care about the lack of national media coverage, we can celebrate in peace :D

Blues.

That was cringe at times, but we showed 'em.

Well I bloody loved that.

Sadly we had to get a train back so could not join the post match celebrations but Scow and me made up for it on our train

Bloody missed big Steve didn't we? But a clean sheet and win is fine by me :D
