zheng zhi and cox would be enough for some definite cream in my pants.

gilbert + some backup right back from the prem.

martin, or some other aspiring young english keeper (definitely whack a bid for lewis subject to peterboro missing out), and a more experienced 'coming- to- the -end- of- his- career' type to provide back up.

depending on whether clem comes back as ronaldo, cleverley or another young midfielder.

and... i can't think of any to mind but a big man to provide some backup/competition for bigsteveakagod.

spot on if we write everyone off who has got drunk and done something stupid i wouldn't even be allowed to watch the team play.

I would defo take David Martin. Still young and improving fast. He will be a top keeper soon enough. And Gilbert and maybe Cleverly. Stockdale looks good enough too (either him or Martin) and seems to love playing here.

Also Gareth Barry, cos I hear he's gonna be leaving Villa soon :D

Really? I dunno from what i read about the 'affair' it seems to me he is a petulant little **** who thinks because he's a footballer he can do what he wants. Including fooking over women that don't fancy him.

I suppose it depends on the misdemeanor, beating up women isn't my bag which is why i didn't particularly didn't like Collymore. Lee Hughes is a good example, would you want him here? I think not. For me liking my football team has got to have something to do with the integrity of the players and indeed liking them, not just as football players but human beings. They are also role models. What kind of example is Wright-Phillips setting? Do what you want if you can't have your own way.

Calling me mental for not liking a player because of their misdemeanors is a little harsh as it's purely opinion.

At least we have 1 permenant deal to add to the squad. The 'almighty' Jack Hobbs is coming during the summer :) Would like to see someone like Dexter Blackstock, but he's currently at Forest. Could possibly do with DJ Campbell coming back from Blackpool, but the manager wants him...

Carlisle could be going down and according to their website Danny Graham will be out contract this summer (see his player profile) he'd definitely be decent for the Championship and well worth signing on a free. Another out of contract there is Peter Murphy who is supposed to be a good, versatile player.

Viduka's passed it! And a bit over optimistic on Martins... Not sure about Bednar, would be nice though!
