Kee rejects contract

It was a slick finish for his first... his strike partner, (Milne was it?) looked to have some skills and scored a cracking goal.

The one coming in from the left flank? He looked skilful, and as you say great goal.

I disagree. He isn't as slow as people are making out. At the training ground last Wednesday the lads did a 100m and 400m race. Billy came 4th out of 16 on the 100m and won the 400m. That speaks for itself unless our academy is full of gazelle's with half a leg??

Are you stalking Billy Kee?

Very mature. The fact that I take an interest in all aspects of the club, including the youth academy makes me either one of the players or a stalker. I have business dealings at Belvior Drive so get chance to watch training sessions now and again.

Very Good Guesses though, you Morons!!

Just because I dont have thousands of posts or come and play in Viccy Park with you lot seems to make my opinions and statements invalid! I dont know why I bother!

There's talking an interest and then there's noting down the positions each player finishes in a couple of races. I was genuinely intrigued about how you knew so much because I personally would never take that much detail in from watching a training session, or know Billy Kee's personal fellings (which you mentioned earlier in the thread). If you've seen any of my posts you'll know I'm very rarely that serious, and wasn't seriously suggesting you're a stalker.

Your petulant stance, and name calling, whenever anyone dares to remotely challenge anything you post does more to render your posts "invalid" than your post count and football skills. The sweet irony in it all is that you mock others for being mature and then start calling them morons. At least it's helping get me through a slow day at work.

But he's the best natural finisher since Louis Dodds.

Louis Dodds Dodds Dodds!! He's brilliant don't you know? Scores the odd goal in League Two, him. :P

Football is neither a 100m or a 400m sprint race, it's all about acceleration and pace over short spaces if you're a centre forward, especially up against big defenders.

Sorry Bill, I just don't think you'll cut it here.

In that case, how the hell have Howard and Fryatt been so successful this season?

Might have a fair bit to do with the quality of the defenders/keepers faced, do you think that Fryatt is likely to score more than 25 goals next season?

 I doubt he was saying that football is won or lost over your sprint speed over a short distance.

What does he mean by that? That he might get some action at Leicester? Although I don't think he's good enough yet, I'd like him to make at least one game for Leicester. I mean, he can go on loan and come back sharp, can't he?

Posted
he might of been convinced to sign and be loaned out, with Gradel being sighted as an example

Exactly. Don't know why he's so pissy, it's hardly like Nigel Pearson could put Kee upront last season, it was too important, Kee cannot complain. Why not go on loan, get experienced, then if he does well, he has a claim to compete.

Wycombe I reckon. Seriously.

If he wants to go, let him go. I just think he'd be better staying with the club and playing loan football. It's just more intelligent. Worked for Gradel, and if he did bang in the goals, Leicester would take him seriously.

I think this problem only highlights the problem we got with no reserves.

I am at a complete loss why a club our size has got no reserve team.

It allows fringe players to be match fit.

It allows players recovering from injury to be match fit.

It is a logical stepping stone for youth players towards first team.

I can enlighten you, Milan decided that it was too expensive to run a reserve team, he's not the only chairman to do this.

Does he plan on running one again any time in the near future?
