The clock is from a desktop customisation program called Rainmeter. It has loads of features to it, really good fun and there's loads of skins available on deviantart. The taskbar and stuff, can't even remember where that's from, it was a ball ache though, had to edit some registry file to make it work for some reason. Getting the taskbar icons in the middle is pretty simple as well.
