Guest Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 People pay their money, they have that right to boo if they feel they need to. I can't just sit there and watch us play crap and not say anything but get behind them even though it doesn't help. I would feel cheated. People like yourself's will never understand football, i find it better when people get on my back because you know you have to raise your game. We won end of the day, why are people bothered about it ? Have you never been to a city game before ? Its always happened. You really are a tard. If you're going to try and be patronising, do it properly as that is a very poor attempt. I also hope that the next time you balls up at work, which I don't think will be too long in coming, that your boss lets rip into you in front of the whole company.
Lovejoy Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Don't we already have a thread exactly like this ?

Sorry i'm not the daggers kid. I could have posted a funny picture or maybe even a video to be a real patronising c**t. End of they day, your opinion is yours. I'm still gonna boo and so are the others and you can't stop it and no one on this board will because its our right as fans who pay just like yourselfs.
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 We all pay money to watch the side so technically we can all get on at the team if needs be. Having said that, booing the team 45 mins into a season in a new division in pretty much ridiculas - unless your a Norwich fan Howard wasn't lazy. He took knocks all day and battled for the team. His header set up our second goal. If the team came out and performed like we did in the first half in the second half then I can see why people will be angry but to boo the team is abit heavy, I mean there were even two men arguing where I sit.
Karljohn Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 It was my first home game on saturday since the 1-3 defeat by Sheffield Wednesday under Holloway which virtually left us doomed. After sitting out all of last season bar Walsall away due to work commitments and lack of cash, I enjoyed saturday but was amazed to hear the boos at half time around me in the kop, of course the 1st half was poor but I got the impression that those around me thought Swansea would rollover and die. Really enjoyed it on saturday, the only negative being fookin chelsea b@stard dagger. One thing that I really miss and perhaps its just "walkers syndrome" but does hardly anyone sing a players name anymore? there seems to be a real lack of tunes.
C-man Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Well surely the boo's where towards Pearson into sorting it out You get how it works now, good job you happy clappers didn't get your way because they're been kept on. Yes because without about a hundred or so braindead ****wits like yourself, NP would never have figured out that King and Fryatt needed substitutions. We have at least five or six of these threads each season, even when we're doing well, and the general concensus is always the same - that we have some unbelievably thick fans. Personally, I can't go to a home game without being wound up by at least half a dozen empty heads who genuinely haven't got a clue. I always think that the more a fan swears, the less intelligent he is with regards to the team. If all he can come up with is '...fooking shit... fooking pass.... fooking fook 'em up...', then he really isn't worth paying attention to. But meh, every club has some turds and despite everyone wanting to change that, we can't, so we'll just have to get on with it.

Awww, i think you need to go and sit either in the west stand or the fanily end. So you don't get yourself all wound up. How about you stick enjoying your days out away hey ? Not really there for the football are you ? Also hundred or so. Get real is thousands of people booing. Also i read somewhere you got kicked out the ricoh for swearing. The pot calling something mate.
l444ry Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 This would hardly have happened years ago. The modern "supporter" is demonstrating his total lack of individuality. Having been seduced by modern football's insistence with calling fans customers, they predictably respond like a customer. These consumers are not fans - not in the way that they used to be - and cannot be expected to be as loyal as they used to be. If the brand doesn't live up to expectation they will express their dissatisfaction. Pathetic really.
joeyates Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Some Leicester Fans Do Really P*ss Me Off...A few people around me booed at half time when we were losing but then cheered at full time,, W*nkers in my opinion!! Then when Howard missed the penalty they start shouting 'get him off he's shit', so hes gone from our player of the season and a hero for the header against leeds to shit just for missing a penalty? Obviously not i still think he played well on Saturday and will be a good player again this season Anybody else have these morons around them on saturday? he was man of the match in my opinion he didn't lose a header he held the ball up well the onlyn mistake made was missing the penalty

Munzie Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Well surely the boo's where towards Pearson into sorting it out Were you there? If so, you tell us - Why did you boo? We won, so for once just stop trying to find things to moan at. Pot calling the kettle noir! I can't just sit there and watch us play crap and not say anything but get behind them even though it doesn't help. I would feel cheated. If you needed support/encouragement half way during an event/activity, how would you prefer those around you to spur you on? In summary, if you're trying for today's poo stirring spoon prize, you're doing a good job. Without resurrecting the whole 'pay your money, vent your feelings' drivell, how can you pass judgement on the team you support, with a further 45 minutes to play, especially when we had the majority of possession and the opposition were not threatening in any shape or form apart from the set piece that they scored from? As you have limited abilities to write, maybe you should also call into question your ability to read a game of football.

Daggers Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Sorry i'm not the daggers kid. I could have posted a funny picture or maybe even a video to be a real patronising c**t. Brilliant - we got him, the little troll. Move in for the kill people, his weakness is funny pictures and videos.
Ozwin Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 About 5 minutes into the game some bloke behind me went 'Same old same old' Just ridiculous.
Fosse Boy Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 I'd like to congratulate Sanchez and his booing cronies for once again saving the day. Obviously it was nothing to do with the players on the field, any tactical changes NP may have made or the fact that football can very often be a game of two halves. No, it was definitely the boo boys who got us out of jail again this week. Bravo. :worship: Morons.

I made a mistake and I was made an example of. I was also 15. Nothing to do with booing is it really? Wafa.
Sparky Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Can not belive Howard still comes in for abuse , virtually every corner that was delivered Howard headed it right in to the 6 yard box where Nguessan scored , Hobbs had 1 of the line and several others were cleared , he won far more headers than he lost and for me had a decent game. Howard aint gonna beat 6 men and put 1 in the top corner. For me he is absolutley key for us

Tracking back, defending from the front, fighting, challenging, unsettling defenders - it shouldn't amaze me that a sizable portion of our "support" don't see it, but it does.

The one time Leicester have driven me to despair, which was when Sunderland dicked all over us round about new year a couple of seasons back, I simply left early. If it was so bad, Sanchez, why didn't you leave?

Tommeh Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Shut up maddog. If this forum ever needed a tagline.....
Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 This has turned into abit of a witch hunt, like i pay my money i can express my opinion and end of the day i shall. Loads of people do voice their opinion at football games so i'm not on my own on this subject. Feel free to carry on, because i shall carry on booing when the side isn't performing well and need a kick up the arse.

You're also perfectly entitled to turn up at the ground in a dress but I think people would still take issue. It's not whether you can, because clearly, you can, people are talking about whether you should, and you seem to be fleeing rather than admitting having comprehensively lost the argument. If you're that worried about having to pay your money how about doing everyone a favour, saving it and not bothering?
