Messi Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Some Leicester Fans Do Really P*ss Me Off... A few people around me booed at half time when we were losing but then cheered at full time,, W*nkers in my opinion!! Then when Howard missed the penalty they start shouting 'get him off he's shit', so hes gone from our player of the season and a hero for the header against leeds to shit just for missing a penalty? Obviously not i still think he played well on Saturday and will be a good player again this season Anybody else have these morons around them on saturday?
Unit Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 I had some boo boys round me, tossers, oddly they didn't boo at full time.... also i heard somebody comment how shit we are FOUR minutes into the game, wow.
Messi Posted 10 August 2009 Author Posted 10 August 2009 I had some boo boys round me, tossers, oddly they didn't boo at full time....also i heard somebody comment how shit we are FOUR minutes into the game, wow. Exactly, Really Does Piss Me Off
StanSP Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Same around me. Howard did most of the hard work upfront til half-time. Some fans are just too fickle.
Thiago Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Every club has this kind of fan sadly. Moan when your not 3-0 up by halftime, booing if you draw, abusing the players. These people are the same tits who make fools of themselves on phone-ins, clueless.
Daggers Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Anybody else have these morons around them on saturday? Yep. As I said in the match thread, one started his booing at 30 minutes into the season, slating Oakley for not being able to freeze time/teleport/understand any of maddog's posts...or something similar, though fuck knows what. A fair few then had a damn hearty boo at half-time too.

There was a few people behind me in SK1 who were booing at half time, fortunately cos the majority of people didn't go along with it, they quickly shut up. Really fecking annoying though. Wasn't only them though, even at full time there were a few comments from directly behind me about how poor some players were
Sparky Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Had a few of these morons around me , same people infact who after we went 2-1 then claimed we would win the league. It aint just City fans thou , every club has their fickle bastards

I was working there on Saturday in B Block and had alot of people booing at half time, and one particular older gentleman shouting at Pearson telling him to sort it out and calling Howard a wan*er constantly throughout the game.

Really P*sses me off, they jump on the players and managers back constanly, they boo at half time, then we win and they stand up cheering etc all of them need shooting
lou Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 My friend text me when he missed saying "waste of space" I responded with - its the first game for gods sake give him a chance... the best players in the world miss pens sometimes. Really really made me cross Moaning round near me as usual. Oakley getting most of it
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Some Leicester Fans Do Really P*ss Me Off...Anybody else have these morons around them on saturday? Yes I had some near me as well. I mean, first game of the season, 1-0 down and there already booing...

I mean of course it's disappointing going a goal behind especially at home but to shout some of the things you and I heard is just stupid, especially after the season we had last time around. Really is no pleasing some people especially 45 minutes into a 46 game campaign. Wally's.

Really is no pleasing some people especially 45 minutes into a 46 game campaign. Wally's. Hit the nail on the head in my opinion. We wasnt exactly playing bad when they got there goal, obivously it was dissapointing conceding from a corner but there was no need to stand up 30mins into the season saying the players were shit etc, apalling. But it was encouraging to see the players wanted to fight for the team and get a result, something we have wanted for a few seasons, and i think we should keep Oakley in the centre of midefield, he is a much better player. Him & Wellens controlled the game in the second half , and we had two pacey wingers which they couldnt handle, then a fast striker paired with a great target man up front which they struggled with aswell
Katy Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 I heard the boos at half time, fortunately I didn't hear anything around me at the back of SK1. There was the odd shout out of frustration but nothing like anything others have reported.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Yeah your playing crap and losing 1-0 at half time to a side who aren't nowhere near as good as they were last season. Lets give them a cheer and a clap. Also first home game of the season and for the first 45 mins, we looked like we were still on our hoildays. Steve Howard was crap, the peno was Eva like. He still walks round moaning and blaming the ref. He's fooking lazy and nothing has changed. He'll be lucky to hit 5 goals all season. Yet people still mock Fryatt when his goals took us up last year. If we play like we did in the first half tommorrow, we'll lose.

We Need to encourage them, there is no need to boo 45 mins into a 46game season is there?. He won his fair shair of headers and probably made up for missing the peno for his header back into the box for N'Guessan's goal, he was our best player last season and we are crap without him in the side. FACT. Plus, Fryatt probably wouldnt have got half his goals if it wasnt for Howard
Monk Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 The above post is exactly what worries me about our fans - we've had a season of winning and now they will accept nothing less than perfection. In the above case I would have either given a mild clap or no clap at half time, but I would not have booed. I save booing for when things are SERIOUSLY wrong. And with Howard missing the peno - it happens to all penalty takers now and again. That said, I'm not entirely sure why he took it anyway. With it being the first game of the season of course you have to factor in nerves and getting the new players involved. I didn't see the game so I can't comment on Howard, but even if he was shit I can still recognise that he was probably our key player last season and will play a big part in this season. It's one thing having fickle fans, but it has its extremes and unfortunatly there are a lot of utter tossers who don't realise that a game is 90 minutes long and a season lasts 9 months.

Erm, didn't we win? so surely even if we play like we did in the first half in the first half, we can still do what we did in the second half in the second half? get my drift?
maddog Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 Sat in J1 Saturday and everyone in there is a moaning moron. Apologies if any foxestalkers were in there Nobody reacts to anything, they just sit there like statues, theres no noise what so ever. And i stood up for approximately 6 seconds celebrating our second goal after the 'chelsea dagger' had finished and some old man behind me poked me in the back and sarcastically said 'lets see the game then'. I stood up for a few seconds you twat. As much as the atmosphere in the Kop is pretty poor it's 100 times better than the sides.
James. Posted 10 August 2009 Posted 10 August 2009 There's about as many posts moaning about the moaners as there are moaners moaning at the Walkers. What we need is more posts like mine - more moaning about the moaners moaning about the moaners.
