skinnydipper Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I grew up in LE3 We had to buy the butler an Uzi to deal with this sort of thing
rico Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I have lived in LE3 for 7 years and so far have never heard of anyone being burgled in my area
Sir Fynwy Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I've lived in the top 3, never been burgled but did have a car nicked in nottingham.
Zingari Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I have lived in LE3 for 7 years and so far have never heard of anyone being burgled in my area they nick your phone and computer , so you can't tell anyone
Bellend Sebastian Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I have lived in LE3 for 7 years and so far have never heard of anyone being burgled in my area Not so many years ago everyone I knew in LE3 apart from me had been burgled, but in fairness I knew a lot fewer people round here then. My gf's LE3 house was broken into about 3 weeks ago. A lot of council houses, a lot of terraced houses - it's hardly surprising news LE3 is on the list

CosbehFox Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 Lovely. Having my car nicked, I can support the claim.

Time to move?
Dr The Singh Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 Time to move? That's the thing, I actually like where I live, and the places I consider better in the city are too expensive for me!!
Guest Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I've lived in the top 3, never been burgled but did have a car nicked in nottingham. That looks very suspicious.....
Sparky Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 That's the thing, I actually like where I live, and the places I consider better in the city are too expensive for me!! Where abouts do you live Singh ?
Dr The Singh Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 Where abouts do you live Singh ? I live just off Narborough Road South, near braunstone and Fosse Park, I used between Upperton Road and Hinckley Road!!
MC Prussian Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I live just off Narborough Road South, near braunstone and Fosse Park, I used between Upperton Road and Hinckley Road!! I'll make sure to make a brief, nicking appearance when I'm over again next month. After all, I'm unemployed, desperate and a foreigner.
Sparky Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I live just off Narborough Road South, near braunstone and Fosse Park, I used between Upperton Road and Hinckley Road!! Ah right , im down there every now and again as my mate lives on Kingsway. Id imagine most the incidents are in New Parks and Braunstone ? This is why LE4 is better. Brap.
Dr The Singh Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 Ah right , im down there every now and again as my mate lives on Kingsway. Id imagine most the incidents are in New Parks and Braunstone ? I live next to the Kingsway, and were lucky to have an elderly gentlemen who is part of the neighborhood watch scheme and updates us monthly with the goings on fo the place. Surprisingly there are alot of burglaries and elederly people getting robbed, probably more in braunstone, but alot of braunites do come our way to burglary etc!!

Libertine Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I'm LE3. There's been a few minor cases I remember. My Dad's motorbike got stolen one time, but that was knackered anyway. When the gyppos are on the field nearly there's always a possibility of something going missing. Hasn't happened in a while though.
Dr The Singh Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 FINE DON'T LET ME DE-RAIL ANOTHER THREAD WITH FAUX-RACIST JESTING I thought I just primed the thread for you to do so, I was waiting for the colour analogy to come from you!!!
Flynny Posted 14 August 2009 Posted 14 August 2009 I thought I just primed the thread for you to do so, I was waiting for the colour analogy to come from you!!! It did. In German, of all things. How much more racist can you get?
