Kilworthfox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 £5 for a reserves game! Well that sure is a bargain
davieG Posted 17 August 2009 Author Posted 17 August 2009 £5 for a reserves game! Well that sure is a bargain It is for LCFC and coupled with the late notice it sure looks like they want it to succeed. From the Foxes Trust site:A good crowd may encourage the club to play further reserve games at the Walkers, so if you feel strongly about being able to watch the reserves, Wednesday is the game to come to.
Kilworthfox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 It is for LCFC and coupled with the late notice it sure looks like they want it to succeed. I wonder what defines a "good crowd"? <_<
Guest Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 I wonder what defines a "good crowd"? <_< I would guess that it is one that sits down quietly, unless prompted to leap around to Chelsea Dagger at particular parts of the game.
CosbehFox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Wayne Brown's opportunity to send Billy Sharp flying is here. I suppose it will have to be Tunch getting back to full fitness instead doing the honours.
DarkTranquillity Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Is Kermorgrant likely to get a run out in this one?
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Wish they were still done at Ketering. I was able to go to a lot of them that way. Oh well, hope Kermo plays.
Wycombe Fox Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Max Gradel leads a group of first-teamers tonight when City's Reserves take on Sheffield United in the totesport.com Cup at the Walkers Stadium, kick-off 7.0. Also in the squad are Luke O'Neill, Astrit Ajdarevic, Ashley Chambers, DJ Campbell and Levi Porter who all have senior experience. Ironically, the two first-teams met at Bramall Lane last night where they battled out a 1-1 draw so both camps will be trying to go one better tonight. The Upton Steel West Stand will be open for the game against the Blades second string, with adult tickets priced at £5. Children aged under-16 can attend for free, providing they are accompanied by a full paying adult. Tickets are available at the turnstiles on the night. City Reserves: Cisak; O'Neill, Faye, Burns, Rowe-Turner, Parkes, Gradel, Ajdarevic, Campbell, Kermogrant, Chambers, Sappleton, Ambrusics, Porter, Milnes, C King, Hicks, Yussuf.
flanimal Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Kermo should get a run out, and also Faye - no idea what kind of player he is.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Kermorgant will either completely rape this, or be anonymous.
flanimal Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Hope Kermorgant goes mental, bicycle kicks - 25 yard free kicks - delicate outrageous chips. Let's be fair, if Kermorgant does a great job, he'll be playing against Barnsley. This is his audition.
flanimal Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 It could be the beginning of Kermo. If he can't hack it against Sheffield United's reserves, maybe he isn't all that.
AjcW Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 So according to the OS Kermogrant is playing tonight Ever reliable.
flanimal Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Alexboy, please change that Katherine Heigl sig. Every time I get a look at it, it makes me sexually frustrated!
AjcW Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Alexboy, please change that Katherine Heigl sig. Every time I get a look at it, it makes me sexually frustrated! Im affraid I wont be able to do that, as every time I look at Katherine Heigl she cures my sexual frustration
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Kermorgant will either completely rape this, or be anonymous. This. Knowing our luck he will score then get stretchered off.
flanimal Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 True. If Kermo scored an overhead volley, then a freekick - then broke his leg, I might cry. It is Sheffield United, so they'll be looking to get some kicking practice.
Aleksz Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 am i the only one thats suprised they confirmed kermorgant as the trialist?
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 True. If Kermo scored an overhead volley, then a freekick - then broke his leg, I might cry. It is Sheffield United, so they'll be looking to get some kicking practice. Batter everyone off the pitch they do. I would love it if Kermo scored, got signed up, then played vs Barnsley.
Granno Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 Might pop along to this if i feel like it. So yeah, this came to nothing
milan_foxes Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 http://www.sufc.co.uk/page/ReservesReport/...1760994,00.html Hendrie Will Be There. Ex Leeds Player Seb Carole Will Also.
Bert Posted 19 August 2009 Posted 19 August 2009 3-0 up at half time. Yann has bagged, so too DJ. Not sure the other. Currently 4-0 - DJ and Parkes.
