Leicester City reserves will make their return to the Walkers Stadium on Wednesday August 19th, kick-off 7pm, to face Sheffield United in the totesport.com Cup, just a day after the first team make the trip to Bramall Lane.

The Upton Steel West Stand will be open for the game against the Blades second string, with adult tickets priced at £5.

Children aged under-16 can attend for free, providing they are accompanied by a full paying adult.

Tickets are available at the turnstiles on the night.

£5 for a reserves game! Well that sure is a bargain

It is for LCFC and coupled with the late notice it sure looks like they want it to succeed.

From the Foxes Trust site:

A good crowd may encourage the club to play further reserve games at the Walkers, so if you feel strongly about being able to watch the reserves, Wednesday is the game to come to.

I wonder what defines a "good crowd"? <_<

I would guess that it is one that sits down quietly, unless prompted to leap around to Chelsea Dagger at particular parts of the game.

Max Gradel leads a group of first-teamers tonight when City's Reserves take on Sheffield United in the totesport.com Cup at the Walkers Stadium, kick-off 7.0.

Also in the squad are Luke O'Neill, Astrit Ajdarevic, Ashley Chambers, DJ Campbell and Levi Porter who all have senior experience.

Ironically, the two first-teams met at Bramall Lane last night where they battled out a 1-1 draw so both camps will be trying to go one better tonight.

The Upton Steel West Stand will be open for the game against the Blades second string, with adult tickets priced at £5.

Children aged under-16 can attend for free, providing they are accompanied by a full paying adult.

Tickets are available at the turnstiles on the night.

City Reserves: Cisak; O'Neill, Faye, Burns, Rowe-Turner, Parkes, Gradel, Ajdarevic, Campbell, Kermogrant, Chambers, Sappleton, Ambrusics, Porter, Milnes, C King, Hicks, Yussuf.

Hope Kermorgant goes mental, bicycle kicks - 25 yard free kicks - delicate outrageous chips.

Let's be fair, if Kermorgant does a great job, he'll be playing against Barnsley. This is his audition.

Alexboy, please change that Katherine Heigl sig. Every time I get a look at it, it makes me sexually frustrated! :D

Im affraid I wont be able to do that, as every time I look at Katherine Heigl she cures my sexual frustration :D

True. If Kermo scored an overhead volley, then a freekick - then broke his leg, I might cry. It is Sheffield United, so they'll be looking to get some kicking practice.

Batter everyone off the pitch they do. I would love it if Kermo scored, got signed up, then played vs Barnsley.

3-0 up at half time.

Yann has bagged, so too DJ. Not sure the other.

Currently 4-0 - DJ and Parkes.
