Ok, I wasn't there and from all accounts Fryatt missed a sitter, but let's remember that Fryatt is the only player in our team that ever looks like scoring. He misses plenty of shockers but at least he gambles and gets the chances to score, and he's still got a pretty impressive 6 goals already.

Where the hell are our other attacking players? Howard looks like he'll never score and our midfielders don't even get into the box. We seriously need to sort out our forward play because without Fryatt already this season we'd be in the brown stuff.

Drop Howard, put Gallagher up front and Adams on the wing

And whats Kermorgant like, the player NP signed who was a similar player to Howard?

Maybe he could get a try, but he's not even been put on the bench yet.

Tunchev's everything Brown is but with so much more class. You didn't see one long ball from him tonight, just gets the ball and gives it to somebody who can do something useful with it. Really pleased to see him looking good tonight after his nightmare at Preston. We've got some brilliant competition at centre back.

Admittedly I wasn't at the game so probably forfeit the right to pass comment, but it all seems to be getting a bit Moan-In in here...

They've been there and saw the game, so I'd go with what they say ;)

Thats because we were shit tonight and played like we did when we went down.

kemogant's no good - seen him in friendlies and not impressed - the striker we need and Pearson just wont consider is DJ. Drop Fryatt and give him the kick up the arse he needs, and PLAY DJ - he's on fire for the reserves - his pace is needed at the moment

just got in.

I have to agree city were poor todayand just seemed never to get into thier game.

Even weale and brown had `words `early on.

Still we didnt lose and its another point, so im happy tonight. :scarf:

Rightly so. We were terrible tonight. First half was an absolute joke, there was nothing and Peterborough were pissing all over us, fortunately their finishing was awful.

Matty Fryatt missed what should be bread and butter for strikers.

I think Pearson got it totally wrong tonight.....not a fan of Gallagher on the left wing at all, and what was the half time switch about making us more narrow...??

Well after the 2nd consecutive goal against that he's been responsible for I hope the Brown love in stops. He's a dinosaur, he lacks any sort of football finesse or intelligence and for all the stoppages he makes they are totally eclipsed by his give away football.

How he's got the nerve to berate the likes of Weale I've no idea. He'd have been perfect as a Gary Coatsworth stand in. If he never starts a game again I'll be pleased because I wont have to watch his awful distribution and it probably means Tunchev's playing :D .

I don't think Pearson will be using that second half formation again anytime soon unless he's got very limited options. The width was a massive issue, and Gallagher didn't seem to know where he was supposed to be in the end. It all ended in frustration for him as he picked up a needless booking.

Got ourselves into far too many packed out spaces where we couldn't pass the ball freely enough. Just didn't have the quality on the passing front at all really, there were far too many simple passes going astray for me.

How do you know Kermorgant's no good, he's never played any friendlies for us, all he's played for us is 2 reserve games, which he played well in - albeit reserve level is totally different to championship level.

because I've seen him in 'friendly' reserve fixtures and can pick a player - and not impressed with him at all

Well Dj got a hat trick in the reserves and doesn't play, so with that logic Kermo plays awful in the reserves, so should play :D

Nice to see the Howard haters all coming out the wood work a season too late!!!

I knew i was right along!!!(LD3take note!!!) :D

On the plus side we were crap,BUT still had enough chances to win and DOUBLE BUT...if this was a couple of seasons ago we would have LOST!

Another point gained in my view.

Lets just remember how far we've got with the players currently at our disposal.

No need to start mass demonstrations just yet.

Nice to meet ya Lou!

We we're pretty shite tonight, buuuuuuuuuut we've 3 wins and a draw from our first 4 home games!

who wouldn't have taken that at half time on the first game of the season?

Can't defend Brown tonight even though he did have a good game Saturday. He was awful tonight, It was actually a relief to see Tunchev back, Brown just couldn't handle the presence of their strikers and was caught out time and time again.

I thought Berner was our best player, he seems to get better with each game. Mattock who?

Fair result in the end, thought they had the first half and we improved in the second half, don't think Gallagher played bad at all, his work rate was good and he knocks the ball about very well, he is an intelligent footballer who just needs to find his position in this regime, I don't see him as a winger at all mind, he is always (instincts taking over) drifting in the middle.

Good to see us battle back but I do feel it was 2 points dropped rather than a point gained.

Rubbish,

For the first time in years I actually feel that we have a squad that has some passion and actually cares about the club, We where a team.

Signs of the optimistic bubble bursting? Wot, not play-off spot? Welcome to the real world Leicester City fans.

This is the sort of match we can expect in this league. Unlike last season where all 11 men, their coaching staff and kit bags, were camped on their goal line, Championship teams will come here to win.

Hats off to Peterborough. They gave it a good go and thoroughly deserved their point - for the first half alone.

Having watched all competitive games so far during this campaign, I'm beginning to draw the following conclusions.

1) Neilson is going to frustrate the hell out of us with erratic performances. He's leaving too many gaps at the back which Hobbs has to cover. This is leaving us stretched and exposed during most attacks.

2) We don't have any consistent wingers. Dyer blows hot and cold, N'Guessan is not ready for this league, Gradel has gone into hiding, and Adams is restricted to the bench by Pearson.

3) We need a proven goal scorer. Fryatt's miss tonight was unforgivable.

All points raised are not just based on tonight’s performance (although all instances were confirmed by our display).

Also, I really thought that Pearson had a game plan tonight. Grind them down in the first half (knowing full well they had very quick front men), and then introduce our own pace ala Dyer, Adams, and Waghorn. With Brown's injury and the introduction of Andy 'I've lost my footballing mojo' King, I guess I called that completely wrong.
