Salieri Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Who do you consider to rank among the worst sportsmen of all time? Anyone, in any given sport that has somehow made it to a decent level despite being, well, not very good! Humour me, i'm bored!
Budweiser Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Wayne Bridge. Don't rate him at all. Insanely harsh.
StanSP Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Insanely harsh. Meh. It probably is just me. Gary Doherty. Own goal specialist. Along with Frank Sinclair
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Paula Radcliffe - Conwoman Promises a lot and does nothing.
Ultra Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Paula Radcliffe - ConwomanPromises a lot and does nothing. Very harsh. At least she's won major titles. There are far bigger bottlers than her in world sport.
Jordan Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 Paula Radcliffe - ConwomanPromises a lot and does nothing. I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure Radcliffe has won 8 of the 10 (I think) marathons she's raced and holds both the women's world marathon and 10k record time. Crappyness? Paula Radcliffe might be annoying sometimes but she's the polar opposite of crappyness. I don't think there's an athlete that dominates her or his sport quite like Radcliffe, except for perhaps Usain Bolt. Awesomeness, rather.
Raj Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 Paula Radcliffe - ConwomanPromises a lot and does nothing. Oh Dear!!! And i was about to say Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards!!! Think radcliffe is defo crappier!!!
lou Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 Greg Rudeski - worse than Henman and thats saying a lot
lou Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 DJ Campbell In fact a few of our ex players would qualify
dandannieldanok Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 You can't say Henman for crying out loud, he reached number four in the world. Just look at the current British crop of talent (bar Andy Murray) before having a pop at him. What we'd give for a Henman or Rusedski in the Davis Cup team now.
purpleronnie Posted 26 September 2009 Posted 26 September 2009 Ian Ormondroyd He got us to a play off final, you crazzzy mannn.
