So, I like all his products" Not aiming this as a personal shot..but...The line above sums up the problem with society's acceptance of brands. Brands are useful...but blindly following a brand is stupid and opens the door to exploitation. I like Branson and some of his business's and products are good... but you need to look and compare each time you buy. e.g. Im a great fan of Addidas, over years of trial and error, i have found in the most part that they make the shoes and boots that work for me. I will look at the Addidas product first every time, because their brand has worked in the past... however i am currently wearing Puma shoes, as they were of a better quality and a better price this time around. When they are worn out, my brand loyalty to Addidas will mean they again get first option on my dollar, but i will buy whats best, not what has the right name on it. By the way... the first shoe manufacturer that can produce a quality product and PROVE they are not exploiting the poor and children will immediately go to the top of my list.
